That would make more sense of it beacuse if they had put it in the first game, it wouldent be "That really cool ability that Sora gets and and and....." So yea..

basically so tht 1) if they had a kh2 they cud hav tht as a really cool new ability
2) if they didnt hav kh2 then he wht the hack aint missin nutin
3) wht if they ddnt hav ida of keyblade til 2wrd end
