Where do you get teleport from for aqua?

It's in a chest in Turo Prison-Block, at the world Deep Space.

I feel that I play best with Ventus.

Actually, Ven has the same functionality with his reversal-command.
The only difference is that Ventus does a dodge and Aqua makes a teleportation, which may/may not look "cooler", but the result is the same for both: Evade an attack and then counter.
