I know Japan has had the game in advance. How many quests did the game go? Is it still going? How many worlds do we still have to visit in the NA version?
How many quests does KHUx run? 500? In NA, what worlds do we still have to go?

i think the next world will get is castle beast but other than that don't know sorry
The game is still going.
Yeah, the game is ongoing, and, so long as it continues to be viable, will likely be supported for years. Unchained is even continuing on past KHx content (which is ending soon). It'll be here for a long time.
ENG version wise, Beast's Castle is another world yet to appear (the last new known world), but there will likely be more new worlds added once Unchained has caught up with KHx and starts developing its post-KHx story.
