This one's actually not to bad. Just could us some tweaking.

Add more contrast and crop off some on the left side.

If only you'd made the stock bigger and the canvas size more suitable. The effects are fine, and as Jaxx said more contrast is needed. Also a better font could've been chosen but other than that you have a decent tag.
