I have a problem with my external hard drive please help... (Just asking for help with something)

I just got a PS5 around Christmas, and the problem is, some of my stuff on my external hard drive from my PS4 has a lock symbol on them, and I will go and click on one of them and it will bring up an option to buy it, why would I need to to buy it, I already have it, otherwise it wouldn't be there, and some of the stuff is digital, can someone help me out please?

Have you tried copying them from the hard drive to your PS5 then the methods listed above?

I really hope we can sort this out for you but it's tricky trying to diagnose this problem when the main solutions haven't worked.
