Personally I think you made the eyes a bit too small, and they're looking incredibly inset. Otherwise, you've done a brilliant job

I wouldn't say the eyes are too small, more like too much declined.
It looks like the nose is a bit too long.

Like everyone else already mentioned, the eyes are a bit too small and at a wierd angle.

Also, perhaps a bit lighter on the shading.
