The program is $700 Canadian...so in the USA that would be around 600.

No company sends 700 dollar things in the mail.

The objective is clear; actually open the package before asking the internet if it is Photoshop- however, why they would send a $250 application to you via mail for free would seem abit odd. (There's high chances of it being Acrobat Reader 7.0 xD)
