Okay so I would like to import Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, but I obviously do not know japanese....

Learn it, there're various courses for it, but it may take some time to learn it... sooome time.

Don't import it. Wait for it to be released in NA and buy whatever game you want with the money you were going to use on BbS JAP.

You get a tonnes good computer or a homebrew software that'd allow you to play the game or an ISO of it.

I wouldn't bother importing it but if you really want it that bad:

Buy Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep (Sony PSP) - Play-Asia.com

PSP games are region free so you'll be able to play it on an NA/PAL PSP.
