Budget: $100 (Give or take 20, yes I know it's cheap, BB already told me -.-)

Like I said the other night this is the one I'd suggest, for such a budget. Currently, I'm a fan of ATI. I've yet to have any problems with my X800XL. Runs what I want, when I want it it to. My friend has that card, I believe, and he runs Oblivion on relatively high settings.

From what else I've seen in that price range (on Newegg anyway), that seems to be the best bang for the buck.
