ingredients for a power boost

Hi everyone i was just wondering what ingredients i need for a power boost, and what enemies are best to get them from thx.

higher then defence boost. needs: 1 Mithril cristal - tresuere chests or sythesis, 3 blazing cristal - crimson jazz, 3 lightning cristal - devostator, 3 lucid cristal - neoshadow, 1 serenty cristal assisan, berserker, samurai, sorcerer.
