Is Square Enix teasing us the KHIII unseen footage... ?

Really, they're like... they uploaded the Kingdom Hearts HD ReMix 2.5 NA event in Square Enix presents like... a week ago. Now, yesterday they uploaded the same exact video in the Kingdom Hearts official youtube account when they could've uploaded it at the same time in both accounts...

I think they're doing it on purpose to make us wish to see that footage, but I think they're going waaaaaaay too far with these actions.

I must ask, to those who went to the event and Zephyr who has been providing us with amazing recreations from the unseen trailer :

Is there any hope that video may see the light ? I mean, I know in the past there has been videos of KH that weren't unreleased ( like the BBS trailer for the press that was never seen by the fans just the press or something like that ) but I really loved the music of March Caprice in the trailer...

I attended the London Event last year and saw the trailer and honestly (I have said this in previous posts) I almost can't count what we saw as a 'trailer'. It was more like a concept art montage/showcase. It barely lasted a minute and it was slim in content specifically to simply tease us and get us all salivating for more. Compared to the D23 expo trailer, it had nothing extraordinary. The next new trailer we will see is going to be incredible, for sure. The end of the teaser where we see Sora walk towards the chess pieces in that study room, is the best looking thing I have seen by a mile in any KH related real-time showcase. For me that was the best part, and it literally lasted less than 10 seconds. It was so fleeting I can barely remember it almost but I sure as hell remember my reaction and how good it looked.

No, I don't think Square will release it publicly but what I do know is the next full trailer they do release is going to blow peoples minds when they see how good it now looks running in-engine on U4. I promise you that. It will be amazing.

There is no way they are ever showing that footage to anybody. It was so rough and short. I barely remember it anymore but it was all impressive like Bobjam has explained.

I'd say no. Expect something completely new and not that literal 30 seconds of concept/unfinished work.

Yeah I would not expect the footage to be released, despite the fact that showing the reactions was a terribly mean joke on those who didn't attend. It is unfinished footage and eventually we'll see everything in that video but much better and we'll all forget about this little stint, it's just right now since we're desperate and showing those reactions was a giant punch in the face that we're all offended Bad taste of SE, but I'm sure they were expecting this.

Basically, the KH3 footage shown is not that big a whoop and people who weren't able to see it need to chillaxe. It was a special treat for people who went out of their way to go to the event, but those who didn't see it didn't lose out on much. We'll get much nicer teasers and trailers eventually.

Hmm I believe that they will show a more refined trailer that is better than the one that was shown during the launch event since it was very rough. There will be some new Kingdom Hearts III news coming this year but Yasue and the trailer hasn't mentioned how soon.

Teases are much worse as well than all out trailers. They gave us something to look at but really nothing to talk about. Only a feeling of "gosh I just want more!" ....... plus we have been waiting loooooooong time.

Agreed, which definitely makes this particular situation even worse because the people who saw the stuff got a tease, while the rest of us got a tease of a tease. That's some exponential feelings of emptiness right there

Yeah....a tease of a tease is even worse =/ and it's not like Square have come out in any recent interviews promising the Public audience who didn't attend these events that KH info is definitely coming for them. No doubt though, the next trailer....will be amazing looking. That everyone can look forward to. Just a shame we are probably going to waiting another 4-5 months for it...

Honestly I'm not gonna hold out for it or anything like that but I can see them maybe using some of that footage later down the line or somehow reincorporating it into a later teaser or trailer. I'm just going to be patient for now though because the more we have to wait means the better it will most likely be. Let them take their time and do whatever it is they have to do. I would like to at least see something soon though like the new outfits or just something since there really hasn't been any big updates for a while now.
