Beating get's no where. What you need to do is, if you were able to log on his computer well create a second user which would be an administrator. Then use that account to block websites like myspace and facebook. When he's older then you'd give it back depending on how he is. You see. To block the site go to control panel parential block. Easy as that. I did it to my brother when he was going to some website (I don't rember what), but it kept downloading virus into the main computer. Tell your mom all she has to do is block the site.

It seems to me that the entire problem is on the computer, why not try to remove the computer from him? Try to lock him 100% out of the computer with a password or something that he can't figure out. You could also suggest taking the computer off line, like unplugging a cord and hiding it or something. Or you could just remove the internet connection until he is trusted enough to stop what he has been doing.
I know, I'm saying to tell his mom, or to take action himself.
He actually gave out our address to quite a few of these sites. And our phone number.
It's just everything he's doing. Really, I'm trying to make sure he doesn't go to military school, and trying to get the message to him. He clearly doesn't get the fact that he can and will be in military school within the next few months if he doesn't get his act together.
My mom's just had a shit load to deal with since February. My brother has just bee nfrustrating her more, especially since he apparently sneaked out of the house this afternoon while I was at a friend's. And he apparently was missing for like, 3 hours.

It sounds like you're moms too strict. That's how you raise kids that end up fucked up. Tell him not to give you're address away, if he's not a total idiot, he'll at least listen. If not, kick the shit out of him. But if he does get sent to military school, tell him to fake a panic attack. Or have a real one. I know a kid who got sent home cause he had a breakdown.
He is a total idiot though, Considering he left his e-mail up with 4,500 + messages of porn since June 18th. All opened.
