Nomura said we havent seen the Keybalde Master yet...On the other hand a few days ago we got this:

Code:
KINGDOM HEARTS: BIRTH BY SLEEP (PSP)
Story & Information
The legendary Keyblade is said to hold phenomenal power.
Some legends say that long ago, its wielder saved the world, while some say that he brought chaos and ruin upon it.
(Ansem Report 8)

Before Sora gained the Keyblade, there were many "Keyblade Masters" in the world.
One[B][COLOR="SandyBrown"] of those Masters[/COLOR][/B], Master Xehanort, and his only disciple suddenly disappears, an omen of the great disaster that would subsequently erupt.
And [COLOR="DarkOrange"]as soon as one Master realises [/COLOR]this, he tells his three disciples that they must track down Master Xehanort at all costs...

This is a story of awakening, one which connects to the grand beginning of the Kingdom Hearts story.

The PSP's high-level graphics ability is taken to its very limits.
A new set of three protagonists compose three different scenarios.
The controls, system and graphics follow those of the series so far, while at the same time bringing a whole new feeling to the system!
Directed by Tetsuya Nomura & Tomohiro Hasegawa

Hmm I already had a topic on the term Master along with somebody else..

SOOOO..

I'm going to nab some quotes from myself ^^.

This seems to be a topic we've been overlooking, and I realise that the second Master could be anybody from this point onwards, but does anybody have any idea of who it actually might be?

For a start Mickey was merely an apprentice back then, possibly training under Yensid, so it probably was not him (although he still could have higher status over Aqua, Ven and Terra). So that leaves a blank space for a character.

Whoever it is seems to have sent the three out to find Master Xehanort and the DS (the Lost Two it seems), so either there must be a few Masters around at the same time all in collaboration with one another, or this current master knew Xehanort and was concerned (this being a while after MX went missing, and this master predecessing MX).

Excuse the reference, but I think it's a bit like Star Wars (the prequels). If you consider the Jedi, you had Jedi Master, Jedi Knight and Apprentice. I think it's like the Master and the Knights. There are very few Masters, but they watch over the Knights (in this case Keyblade wielders) and work with one another. The Masters form the pinnacle though, and make the important decisions and teach those below. And perhaps those Knights, or wielders, are the ones who work with lower apprentices, and build them up. So you get Mickey who is a Knight, Ven who is an Apprentice, and the Master..

That's my new take on it anyway haha. So in short, Master and Apprentice, but Apprentice still has ranks to build up with.

So I am now going to elaborate on the above quote, and say apprentices are in training, knights are wielders, and there is one omnipotent Master? That's assuming the translation was correct and it's definitely singular. We could have gotten it wrong and misinterpreted it as being one Master and nobody else, not one of others. For example, people are thinking it means he is the true wielder of the Keyblade, but I think it might just mean Aqua, Ven and Terra's.

If you want to take the singular approach though, it appears that this new term for Master is something rather different.. Master Xehanort may be below the Master I mentioned in those quotes, the one who has yet to be named. Then there is the origin of the Keyblade people seem to be interested in.. then the original wielder x_x. I think I'll just stick to thinking Nomura meant one of a few masters like we got from the OFFICIAL press release.

remeber inKH1 sora has to open the door to the light and he got the keyblade from the light and mickey got his keyblade ( the reverse of sora's ) from the darkness. even though mickey got it from the darkness how did he get it and sora even though riku was meant to get it but wen he turns into the darkness it was given to sora so that means that their is no true key blade master and that the when leon (squall) said that it can bring hope or destruction, i thought that only soras keyblade could bring destruction or light depending no how he uses it but then mickey in the end has the keyblade and riku as well so that means the true wielder is still out their and probly in kh3 u play as a guy who finds out he is the true keyblade master and sora gives it to him or that you play as sora in kh3. idont no but i reckon that sora and mickey are the true keyblade master and the keyblade that was meant for riku was given to sora but riku probly has the ability to wield it as it was meant for.

if u dont understand wat i said was because that this my first post and that im very confused from reading other peoples comments so sorry if you dont understand.i dont mind anyways
