1.Since Keyblade Transformation seems like a master level skill, can Mickey do it or is it something exclusive to Eraqus' teaching?
2.Who the hell taught Sora how to do it?
3.Did he pick it up from the Lingering Will?
4.Or did Sora tell Yen Sid of this and had knowledge on how to do it?

I dont think it's a master level skill just an advanced one since Terra uses it as a shotlock and as the Lingering Will. Whether a wielder uses it or not depends on their preferred style though I think. (for example Aqua prefers magic)

Probably learned it in the RoS where chi takes place, or through his memories considering he is connected to fucking everybody. Data sora was able to do it (mechanically and not even cosmetically but still), he witnessed it himself from lingering will, he had ven's heart, and it can't be any more complicated than any other maneuver the wielders do. And sora is really master level tbh
