Maybe they are just assuming Leonard Nimoy will not return because he said that he was retiring after birth by sleep, although we all know that he has done other voice overs after birth by sleep. I still have hope that he will return and the only way I will lose that hope is if Nimoy says it himself. Still, this little tidbit makes me nervous so "may the odds be in our favor".

Am i the only one totally annoyed if this is the case? What was the freaking point of having him voice the main bad guy in the series if he was never planning on continuing to the end of the series, he wasnt even that great imo, they should have found someone more reliable.

They just played the CoMT and Destiny Islands right? MX shouldn't be there... he should only make his grand appearance in TWTNW.

Well, if anyone replaces him, I hope it's Jim Cummings. It'd be sort of like a impersonation, but with his own flavor. It'd be pretty good. But, still, hopefully Nimoy actually comes back...

Idk why people are still complaining about that. It's stupid. I think Richard Epcar does a fantastic job as Xehanort. I think Billy Zane as him was someone who was easily replaceable and it wouldn't seem to make an impact. But, Leonard Nimoy has "something" to his voice that makes him the only one who can be MX. Sure, he CAN be replaced, any of them can, but it would be easily noticed and would be much more of an impact to the fans. I honestly don't think Billy Zane is something to really be complained about. This and Christopher Lee ARE worth it imo though.

Nimoy is reliable. Old, but if you call him for a job he'll most likely say yes. He fucking lives in Los Angeles. It only takes 35-45 min (an hour if there is heavy traffic or an accident) from any point in LA to get to the recording studio in Burbank.

There's a bajillion Xehanort's in the game and MX seemingly doesn't even appear until towards the end of the game.

So, I'm really not going to pay any attention to this tiny blurb, until it's formally announced who MX's VA is or until we get a NA trailer with a speaking line from him.

I died a little seeing this update. Of all of the (hopefully just) rumors circulating, this may take the cake as the one I want debunked. Perhaps they are getting their Master and Young Xehanorts confused with another?
