Do you think people in the KH worlds ever question why there's a talking duck, dog and mouse standing in front of them?
What did Sora's mom make for dinner?
Do you think Merlin and Yen Sid actually place bets to see how bad Merlin can get at training people?
Since Jiminy is basically immune to any damage while hiding out in Sora's clothing/hair, does that make him the most powerful character in KH?
Do you need a driver's license to drive a gummi ship? Is Sora driving around illegally?
How does the Organization actually make money to afford running that castle and buy all that ice cream?
Does Sora's pockets ever weigh down from all the keychains he owns? Where does he store them when he's not using them?

How did Riku and Sora get out of being grounded? Or do their parents just not care that they basically ran away from home for a year?
What if Vexen was a boss battle exclusive to Riku before he goes to see Ienzo early in the game, with his hood fully up before he talks with Saïx?

When Riku picks everyone up on the Gummi Ship at the end of KH3 do they all have to smile? In every KH media be it the game, novel, or manga the Gummi Ship is powered by smiling happy faces. So imagine a ship with Riku, TAV, RAX, HPO, Isa, Namine, Mickey, Goofy, and Donald smiling like idiots while flying around. Funny stuff.
Does TAV argue about who gets to sit in the middle throne?

Why did Organization members 2-8 re-complete all around the same time? Were their Heartless actually part of a lower tier Organization XIII?

Anyways, if Sora got into Smash Ultimate, here's an idea I came up with for his Classic Mode route:
Stange New Worlds (fights against characters who have directly or indirectly appeared in crossovers)
Stage 1: Link (Tunic of the Wild) (Stamina Battle, both fighters have 150HP) on Arena Ferox Ω (Overworld (Melee); Adult Link was a guest character in Soul Calibur 2)
Stage 2: Donkey Kong and Little Mac (free-for-all) on Boxing Ring (Minor Circuit (Original); Donkey Kong appeared as a secret boss in Punch-Out!!)
Stage 3: Lucina, Chrom and Shulk (Fiora alt) on Gaur Plain (Conquest (Ablaze); Lucina and Chrom were characters in Project X Zone 2, while Shulk was not. Fiora was instead.)
Boss: Galleom (Vim and Vigor; the Subspace Emissary equivalent to the Guard Armor Heartless)
Stage 5: Joker (Stamina Battle, both fighters have 150HP) on Battlefield (Beneath the Mask; Joker has made several crossover appearances)
Stage 6: Ryu, Ken and Terry on New Donk City Hall (This is True Love Makin’; a reference to the Capcom vs. SNK series, plus the fact that all 3 of these characters have made at least one crossover appearance)
Stage 7: Cloud (Stamina Battle, both fighters have 150HP) on Coliseum Ω (Coliseum Series Medley; this is a reference to Sora and Cloud’s first meeting in Olympus Coliseum in KH1)
Now, this is purely hypothetical, and I don't mean to assume what's not true.
