I'm working on one, but, it'll probably still be a while....
As in every major event in the series? Tall order, but I suppose. This will take a while.

I am probably off with some details concerning before Birth by Sleep, Birth by Sleep itself, and Coded. But here, if my private message didn't get through.
The Beginning
*The Keyblade War occurs, and some if not most of it is fought over the X-Blade (pronounced "Hee-blade"), a Keyblade that will unlock Kingdom Hearts. The remnants of the war are in the Keyblade Graveyard.
*The worlds were covered in darkness by the war, but light eventually returned, and the current universe of worlds is born.
Before Birth by Sleep
*Long time later, teenage/young adult Xehanort leaves his boyhood home, becomes Keyblade apprentice to unknown master with Eraqus as a classmate. Yen Sid may or may not have studied alongside them.
*Eraqus and Xehanort's master hosts a Mark of Mastery Exam, with Eraqus as the victor. Eraqus carves a new world in his favor, the Land of Departure, and becomes a teacher to Keyblade wielders. Xehanort goes off on a journey throughout the worlds, learning all he can about light, darkness, and the Keyblades. Xehanort also goes by the title "Master" Xehanort, despite not officially being a Master.
*Much later, Master Xehanort is an old man with only a few years left, and has finally discovered how to bring the Keyblade Wars back - he wants to see what happens after them, as well as how it happens. He also wishes to forge the X-blade to aid in his plot; but he needs a new body to survive to see his plans come to fruition.
*He decides to take in a pupil, Ventus, and train him to forge the X-blade, and to be a new vessel for him. Ventus refuses to use his inner darkness, and as a result Master Xehanort extracts the darkness within him, creating a sentient being named Vanitas. Now with a pair of hearts of pure light (Ventus) and darkness (Vanitas), Master Xehanort tries again to forge the X-blade, but Ventus' heart is liable to go out.
*Master Xehanort plans to leave Ventus to die peacefully on Destiny Islands, but Ventus still lives, albeit without his memories. He takes Ventus to Master Eraqus, who has been raising two pupils, Aqua and Terra. Eraqus welcomes Ventus in as a Keyblade apprentice and a son. Aqua and Terra befriend Ventus, and become like siblings.
*During this meeting, Xehanort reveals his plans about the Keyblade War, the X-blade, and Ventus and Vanitas to Eraqus. Eraqus questions whether Xehanort will risk doomsday over curiosity about his goals. The two briefly fight, with Xehanort permanently scarring Eraqus' face.
*Before leaving, Xehanort realizes Terra's ambition for power and strength - a breeding ground of darkness. Xehanort has found his new vessel.
*Traveling to Radiant Garden, Xehanort befriends Braig, who is interested in the Keyblades, to not only secure an ally, but as a failsafe in case Terra doesn't work out as his new body.
*Master Yen Sid takes King Mickey of Disney Castle under his wing, while Queen Minnie takes over as queen.
Birth by Sleep
*Terra and Aqua take the Mark of Mastery Exam, presided over by Masters Eraqus and Xehanort. The latter sabotages the test, to get Terra to use his inner darkness and loose. Aqua becomes a Keyblade master, while Terra is resentful of his master for not passing him.
*Xehanort tells him he believes Terra deserves to be a master to sow doubt in him about Eraqus and his friends. Xehanort departs, while Vanitas appears to Ven, cryptically stating Terra will be a different person.
*Eraqus instructs Terra and Aqua to destroy a race of monsters called the Unversed, and to find Master Xehanort. Ven races after Terra. Eraqus tells Aqua to keep an eye on Terra, and to bring him back should he get too close to the darkness; and to bring Ven home.
*Terra, Aqua, and Ven travel the worlds, with Terra working with Disney Villains to cause havoc, while Ventus and Aqua bring peace to each world. Vanitas continues to attack the trio at points.
*Mickey leaves Yen Sid without permission to vanquish the Unversed.
*At Radiant Garden, the trio reunites, but Terra distances himself from Aqua and Ven when Aqua questions his involvement with Disney Villains, and the fact she was sent to "spy on him." Terra's trust is shaken in Eraqus and Aqua.
*Master Xehanort stages his capture by Braig, who fights Terra to goad him into using his darkness. The fight ends with Braig badly scarred, and Terra ashamed of his darkness' use. Xehanort instructs him to destroy Vanitas as penance.
*Ventus meets humans Ienzo, Even, Dilan, Aeleus, Lea, and Isa. Aqua meets a young girl named Kairi, and after fighting alongside Mickey to save her, accidentally names Kairi her successor. Terra names Riku, a boy from Destiny Islands, as his Keyblade wielder successor.
*Ventus meets an abducted Mickey at the Keyblade Graveyard, and learns the truth of his origins. Master Xehanort informs Terra of this, who finds Ventus being attacked by Eraqus to prevent Xehanort's plot with the X-blade. Terra and Eraqus duel, with Ventus sent to Destiny Islands, and while they make amends after the fight, Master Xehanort kills Eraqus. With Terra realizing Xehanort's true nature, Xehanort sinks the Land of Departure into darkness, and instructs him to go to the Keyblade Graveyard, or watch Aqua and Ven die. Vanitas instructs as much to Ventus at Destiny Islands, while Master Yen Sid informs Aqua to do so as well after informing her of Eraqus' death.
*Terra, Ven and Aqua gather at the Keyblade Graveyard, and battle a doomed fight against Master Xehanort, Braig, and Vanitas, with Mickey arriving later to help battle Xehanort. After the initial battle, Aqua fights Braig, while Ventus is possessed by Vanitas and forges the X-blade. Aqua and Mickey fight Ventus-Vanitas, while Ventus battles Vanitas inside his own mind and heart. Vanitas and the X-blade are destroyed, but at the cost of Ventus' heart and his body rendered comatose.
*When the X-blade is formed, Terra uses his darkness to defeat Master Xehanort. Xehanort sees the X-blade being formed, and unleashes his heart into Terra's body, but Terra's thoughts drift into his armor, forming the "Lingering Sentiment." The Sentiment battles the new Xehanort, who is teleported to Radiant Garden by the blast from the X-blade's destruction. Mickey brings Aqua and Ventus to Yen Sid.
*Aqua brings Ventus' body to Land of Departure, and seals it's Keyhole, forging a massive castle named Castle Oblivion; Only Aqua can get to the Room of Awakening, where Ventus' body is stored.
*Aqua goes to Radiant Garden, and battles Xehanort, trying to free Terra from Xehanort's influence. Aqua fails, and they fall into the Realm of Darkness. Aqua sacrifices her Keyblade and armor to send Terra back to the Realm of Light.
*Xehanort has lost his memories of both Terra and Master Xehanort, and is brought to Ansem the Wise, ruler of Radiant Garden, by Braig. Braig befriends a reluctant Xehanort; while Ansem's other apprentices take notice.
*Master Xehanort and Terra have a mental battle over control of Terra's body, when Terra reveals Eraqus' heart resides inside his. Xehanort says he has other plans should this one fail.
*On the Destiny Islands, Sora takes Ventus' wandering heart into himself, allowing him to wield a Keyblade when he ages.
Between Birth by Sleep and Kingdom Hearts
*Ansem the Wise and his apprentices begin to experiment with darkness in people's hearts, discovering the Heartless, and later Nobodies. Ansem the Wise orders the experiments to cease.
*Now a qualified Keyblade Master, Mickey meets with Ansem the Wise, and discusses the worlds, Heartless, Keyblades and Keyholes. Xehanort overhears this conversation, and begins to regain his memories.
*Xehanort forms a splinter faction under Ansem's nose, taking in Braig, Even, Ienzo, Aeleus, and Dilan. Their experiments with the Heartless continue, and they cause the barriers between worlds to fade, triggering a meteor shower of "Gummi Blocks". Spaceships made of Gummi can travel between worlds.
*Ansem catches Xehanort's actions, but is banished to the Realm of Darkness, where he writes down his thoughts and memories to keep from fading away. He eventually takes the guise of "DiZ" - Darkness in Zero.
*Xehanort and his cohorts turn into powerful Nobodies, with Xehanort's Heartless assuming the name Ansem, albeit without a physical form. His Nobody Xemnas takes the Nobodies of the group into "Organization XIII", to reclaim their hearts and rule the universe.
*Maleficent plummets her world into darkness, and starting with Pete, forms an alliance with Disney Villains bent on conquest, to capture the Princesses of Heart. Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora, and Belle are among the captured.
*Kairi is taken from Radiant Garden and sent adrift to the Worlds, and lands in Destiny Islands, befriending Sora and Riku.
Kingdom Hearts
*The Destiny Islands are swallowed by darkness, and Sora receiving the Keyblade, and Kairi's heart resting in his own, and is whisked away to Traverse Town. Riku is found by Maleficent in Hollow Bastion, the remains of the darkness-ravaged Radiant Garden, and is taken in to join her group. Kairi's body is rendered comatose.
*Mickey takes a third journey among the worlds, instructing Donald and Goofy to find the Keyblade Wielder to save the worlds. Donald and Goofy meet Sora with his Keyblade in Traverse Town, and band together to search the Worlds for Kairi, Riku, and the King.
*In the Disney Worlds, Sora meets various friends, but learns of the Keyholes, the hearts of worlds - the Heartless are after them to plummet the universe into darkness. Alice from Wonderland is kidnapped by Maleficent and Jasmine from Agrabah as well.
*Sora meets Riku, who is jealous of Sora's Keyblade abilities and new friends. Riku begins to cave in to darkness, and finds Kairi's body.
*Sora, Donald and Goofy arrive at Hollow Bastion to see Riku defeating the Beast, who came to find and rescue Belle. Riku is able to take the Keyblade from Sora; Donald and Goofy wishing to follow the King's orders, reluctantly leave Sora to be with Riku. Sora and the Beast fight their way to Riku, where Sora proclaims his friends are his power. The Keyblade returns to Sora, as do Donald and Goofy, and they defeat Riku.
*An angered Riku is told by a specter that if he helps him, the specter will give him much more power then he has to beat Sora. The specter takes a more clear appearance...
*Sora, Donald and Goofy, and the Beast confront Maleficent, and Riku appears with a Keyblade made from the Hearts of the Princesses, and unlocks Maleficent’s heart, unleashing her true power. She is defeated anyway, but Sora and company learn not only that Kairi's heart is inside Sora's, but that Ansem is possessing Riku. Ansem-Riku is defeated, but Sora uses the Princesses' Heart Keyblade to unlock his own heart, reviving Kairi, the last of the Princesses of Heart. Sora is turned to a Heartless, and when Kairi protects him after recognizing this, Sora is returned to human form.
*From this event, the Nobody Roxas is formed, and is taken to Xemnas and Axel of Organization XIII, who truly have 13 members now.
*Namine is formed as Kairi's Nobody, but since Kairi was never a Heartless, Namine can only use her magic on Sora and his memories. Xemnas discovers her being born in Castle Oblivion.
*Sora returns to Hollow Bastion to find the Beast reunited with Belle, and the Princesses out of their comatose state, their hearts returned. Sora seals Hollow Bastion's Keyhole, and proceeds to pursue Ansem.
*Sora find Ansem in End of the World, the remnants of the destroyed Worlds, and literally on the edge of the Realm of Darkness. Ansem is defeated by Sora, and attempts to open the door to Kingdom Hearts - only to be destroyed by its' light. Sora, Donald and Goofy seal the door with Mickey and Riku's help on the other side.
*End of the World fades into nonexistence, as Kairi is sent back to Destiny Islands. The trio vow to find Mickey and Riku.
Before Chain of Memories, during Days
*Roxas joins the Organization with Xion, a girl who looks exactly like Kairi. Xemnas sends Marluxia and half of the Organization to Castle Oblivion, including Roxas and Xion's mentor Axel.
Chain of Memories/Re:Chain/Reverse-Rebirth
*Sora and company enter Castle Oblivion, but loose all their abilities and begin to loose their memories as a result. Marluxia explains how to fight with cards to them.
*Marluxia and Larxene use Namine to change Sora's memories to replace Kairi with Namine in his memories, to turn Sora into their puppet to conquer the Organization. Sora learns of this plot after Vexen is killed, and kills Larxene and Marluxia later, and frees Namine. Namine says she can return his memories, but cannot save the memories of his time in Castle Oblivion. The trio is put to sleep for a year.
*In Castle Oblivion's basements, Riku awakens, and ascends the basements, fighting Ansem's lingering influence in his heart. Vexen creates a replica of him, who embraces darkness.
*Riku meets King Mickey and DiZ, who both assist him in dealing with his darkness. Meanwhile, Zexion, Lexaeus, Axel, and Vexen plan to use Riku to kill Marluxia for his treason, but when Sora kills Marluxia, Zexion sees no use in Riku.
*Axel has the Replica kill Zexion, and Lexaeus is felled by Riku, while Vexen is killed by Axel in the upper levels of the Castle.
*Riku destroys the Riku Replica before attacking Ansem once and for all, eradicating him. He and Mickey set out to conquer Riku's inner darkness once and for all, while DiZ meets Namine and assists in overseeing Sora's memory retuning.
358/2 Days
*Xemnas and Saix realize during Xion and Roxas' time with the Organization that the stronger one grows, the other weakens.
*Roxas grows to doubt the Organization's methods and goals, and breaks friendship with Axel after he lets Xion escape.
*Xion learns from Riku that she is an imperfect Replica of Sora, and resembles Kairi since she is his strongest memory. Riku tells her she must merge with Sora if he is ever to awaken, and Roxas must as well.
*Xion attempts to absorb Roxas, who left the Organization, but allows herself be killed, and merges with Roxas, letting Roxas use her Keyblade. Roxas resolves to end Xemnas' plot with Kingdom Hearts, but is captured by Riku as the entire memory of Xion's existence fades. DiZ turns him into data to live in a virtual Twilight Town, to keep him until Sora is ready, and away from the Organization.
*Mickey meets Riku in the real Twilight Town, and promises not to tell Sora when he awakens of Riku's physical transformation into Ansem's appearance.
Kingdom Hearts II
*Axel finds Roxas in the Data Twilight Town, but Roxas eventually merges with Sora anyway as the latter awakens while Namine and DiZ flee.
*Sora, Donald and Goofy briefly meet the King, and are instructed by Yen Sid to destroy Organization XIII and the Nobodies. Maleficent is revived as well, and sends Pete out to build an army of Heartless and recruit more allies.
*At the reconstructed Hollow Bastion, the trio meets Leon, Yuffie, Cid, Aerith, and Merlin again and also encounters the Organization. Xigbar comments "he" always gave him the angry look.
*Throughout the Disney Worlds, the group encounters new and old Disney allies and villains, while sporadically encountering the Organization’s members and Pete.
*Kairi finds her way to Twilight Town with Pluto, but is abducted by Axel.
*At Hollow Bastion, the trio reunites with Mickey, who tells them the true nature of Ansem as Xehanort’s Heartless, and the real Ansem the Wise is missing.
*Hollow Bastion comes under attack from Maleficent, trying to reclaim the world, leading to a massive battle between Sora, Leon’s group, Maleficent and the Heartless, and the Organization and its’ Nobodies.
*At the climax of the battle, Xemnas reveals himself, and Saix reveals the Organization’s plan to use the Keyblade to forge Kingdom Hearts. Sora ventures to the worlds once again, defeating Demyx and Xaldin of Organization XIII.
*Sora and company meet King Mickey at Twilight Town, who lets slip he knows what happened to Riku, and he knows where Ansem really is. The group is able to get to The World that Never Was, the Organization’s stronghold, with Axel’s sacrifice. Upon arrival, Sora battles the awakened Roxas in his heart.
*Sora and company fight their way to Xemnas, killing Saix, Xigbar, and Luxord, and reuniting with Riku and Kairi. Mickey find DiZ is actually Ansem the Wise, and all parties meet before the top of the castle. Ansem the Wise’s device to destroy Xemnas’ Kingdom Hearts malfunctions, damaging Kingdom Hearts, killing Ansem and restoring Riku’s original appearance.
*Xemnas uses the last of Kingdom Hearts’ power to try to kill Sora’s group, but is destroyed by Sora and Riku. The group reunites at Destiny Islands, where Roxas and Namine meet through Sora and Kairi’s bodies.
*Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Pluto and Donald’s uncle and nephews return home to Disney Castle, while the worlds are at peace.
Coded/Re:Coded
*Jiminy Cricket finds an entry in his journal he didn’t write – “We must return to free them from their torment.” King Mickey digitizes the contents of the journal, sending a Data Sora to find the source of the message. Pete and Maleficent appear, having survived the destruction of the World That Never Was, and cause havoc.
*The mysterious figure in an Organization cloak turns out to be the “essence” of the Journal, taking on Riku’s appearance. During a battle, Pete and Maleficent are killed. Sora and Mickey meet Namine inside the Data Castle Oblivion, and learn the real Sora must rescue Terra, Ventus, and Aqua, Ansem the Wise, Axel, Xion, and Roxas from their various fates. Mickey returns to the real world and writes a letter to Sora explaining all this.
*In the Realm of Darkness, Aqua meets Ansem the Wise, not having aged too much, and the man reveals he was sent here after his machine malfunctioned. He says while his memories are fading, he knows Sora will come to save them.
*Mickey meets with Yen Sid, saying he’s discovered where Ventus’ heart is. Yen Sid acknowledges, but reveals something horrible: when person’s Heartless and Nobody are killed in that order, the original body returns from the dead. Ansem and Xemnas were killed, heralding the coming resurrection of Master Xehanort. Yen Sid orders Mickey to bring Riku and Sora to him, to hold a Mark of Mastery Exam.
*On Destiny Islands, Sora reads the letter, which says he is the Key that connects everything. He prepares to depart with Riku, with Kairi’s approval and good luck charm in tow.
RECONNECT: KINGDOM HEARTS.

*Aqua goes to Radiant Garden, and battles Xehanort, trying to free Terra from Xehanort's influence. Aqua fails, and they fall into the Realm of Darkness. Aqua sacrifices her Keyblade and armor to send Terra back to the Realm of Light.
*Xehanort has lost his memories of both Terra and Master Xehanort, and is brought to Ansem the Wise, ruler of Radiant Garden, by Braig. Braig befriends a reluctant Xehanort; while Ansem's other apprentices take notice.
*Master Xehanort and Terra have a mental battle over control of Terra's body, when Terra reveals Eraqus' heart resides inside his. Xehanort says he has other plans should this one fail.
*On the Destiny Islands, Sora takes Ventus' wandering heart into himself, allowing him to wield a Keyblade when he ages.
Between Birth by Sleep and Kingdom Hearts
*Ansem the Wise and his apprentices begin to experiment with darkness in people's hearts, discovering the Heartless, and later Nobodies. Ansem the Wise orders the experiments to cease.
*Now a qualified Keyblade Master, Mickey meets with Ansem the Wise, and discusses the worlds, Heartless, Keyblades and Keyholes. Xehanort overhears this conversation, and begins to regain his memories.
*Xehanort forms a splinter faction under Ansem's nose, taking in Braig, Even, Ienzo, Aeleus, and Dilan. Their experiments with the Heartless continue, and they cause the barriers between worlds to fade, triggering a meteor shower of "Gummi Blocks". Spaceships made of Gummi can travel between worlds.
*Ansem catches Xehanort's actions, but is banished to the Realm of Darkness, where he writes down his thoughts and memories to keep from fading away. He eventually takes the guise of "DiZ" - Darkness in Zero.
*Xehanort and his cohorts turn into powerful Nobodies, with Xehanort's Heartless assuming the name Ansem, albeit without a physical form. His Nobody Xemnas takes the Nobodies of the group into "Organization XIII", to reclaim their hearts and rule the universe.
*Maleficent plummets her world into darkness, and starting with Pete, forms an alliance with Disney Villains bent on conquest, to capture the Princesses of Heart. Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora, and Belle are among the captured.
*Kairi is taken from Radiant Garden and sent adrift to the Worlds, and lands in Destiny Islands, befriending Sora and Riku.
Kingdom Hearts
*The Destiny Islands are swallowed by darkness, and Sora receiving the Keyblade, and Kairi's heart resting in his own, and is whisked away to Traverse Town. Riku is found by Maleficent in Hollow Bastion, the remains of the darkness-ravaged Radiant Garden, and is taken in to join her group. Kairi's body is rendered comatose.
*Mickey takes a third journey among the worlds, instructing Donald and Goofy to find the Keyblade Wielder to save the worlds. Donald and Goofy meet Sora with his Keyblade in Traverse Town, and band together to search the Worlds for Kairi, Riku, and the King.
*In the Disney Worlds, Sora meets various friends, but learns of the Keyholes, the hearts of worlds - the Heartless are after them to plummet the universe into darkness. Alice from Wonderland is kidnapped by Maleficent and Jasmine from Agrabah as well.
*Sora meets Riku, who is jealous of Sora's Keyblade abilities and new friends. Riku begins to cave in to darkness, and finds Kairi's body.
*Sora, Donald and Goofy arrive at Hollow Bastion to see Riku defeating the Beast, who came to find and rescue Belle. Riku is able to take the Keyblade from Sora; Donald and Goofy wishing to follow the King's orders, reluctantly leave Sora to be with Riku. Sora and the Beast fight their way to Riku, where Sora proclaims his friends are his power. The Keyblade returns to Sora, as do Donald and Goofy, and they defeat Riku.
*An angered Riku is told by a specter that if he helps him, the specter will give him much more power then he has to beat Sora. The specter takes a more clear appearance...
*Sora, Donald and Goofy, and the Beast confront Maleficent, and Riku appears with a Keyblade made from the Hearts of the Princesses, and unlocks Maleficent’s heart, unleashing her true power. She is defeated anyway, but Sora and company learn not only that Kairi's heart is inside Sora's, but that Ansem is possessing Riku. Ansem-Riku is defeated, but Sora uses the Princesses' Heart Keyblade to unlock his own heart, reviving Kairi, the last of the Princesses of Heart. Sora is turned to a Heartless, and when Kairi protects him after recognizing this, Sora is returned to human form.
*From this event, the Nobody Roxas is formed, and is taken to Xemnas and Axel of Organization XIII, who truly have 13 members now.
*Namine is formed as Kairi's Nobody, but since Kairi was never a Heartless, Namine can only use her magic on Sora and his memories. Xemnas discovers her being born in Castle Oblivion.
*Sora returns to Hollow Bastion to find the Beast reunited with Belle, and the Princesses out of their comatose state, their hearts returned. Sora seals Hollow Bastion's Keyhole, and proceeds to pursue Ansem.
*Sora find Ansem in End of the World, the remnants of the destroyed Worlds, and literally on the edge of the Realm of Darkness. Ansem is defeated by Sora, and attempts to open the door to Kingdom Hearts - only to be destroyed by its' light. Sora, Donald and Goofy seal the door with Mickey and Riku's help on the other side.
*End of the World fades into nonexistence, as Kairi is sent back to Destiny Islands. The trio vow to find Mickey and Riku.
Before Chain of Memories, during Days
*Roxas joins the Organization with Xion, a girl who looks exactly like Kairi. Xemnas sends Marluxia and half of the Organization to Castle Oblivion, including Roxas and Xion's mentor Axel.
Chain of Memories/Re:Chain/Reverse-Rebirth
*Sora and company enter Castle Oblivion, but loose all their abilities and begin to loose their memories as a result. Marluxia explains how to fight with cards to them.
*Marluxia and Larxene use Namine to change Sora's memories to replace Kairi with Namine in his memories, to turn Sora into their puppet to conquer the Organization. Sora learns of this plot after Vexen is killed, and kills Larxene and Marluxia later, and frees Namine. Namine says she can return his memories, but cannot save the memories of his time in Castle Oblivion. The trio is put to sleep for a year.
*In Castle Oblivion's basements, Riku awakens, and ascends the basements, fighting Ansem's lingering influence in his heart. Vexen creates a replica of him, who embraces darkness.
*Riku meets King Mickey and DiZ, who both assist him in dealing with his darkness. Meanwhile, Zexion, Lexaeus, Axel, and Vexen plan to use Riku to kill Marluxia for his treason, but when Sora kills Marluxia, Zexion sees no use in Riku.
*Axel has the Replica kill Zexion, and Lexaeus is felled by Riku, while Vexen is killed by Axel in the upper levels of the Castle.
*Riku destroys the Riku Replica before attacking Ansem once and for all, eradicating him. He and Mickey set out to conquer Riku's inner darkness once and for all, while DiZ meets Namine and assists in overseeing Sora's memory retuning.
358/2 Days
*Xemnas and Saix realize during Xion and Roxas' time with the Organization that the stronger one grows, the other weakens.
*Roxas grows to doubt the Organization's methods and goals, and breaks friendship with Axel after he lets Xion escape.
*Xion learns from Riku that she is an imperfect Replica of Sora, and resembles Kairi since she is his strongest memory. Riku tells her she must merge with Sora if he is ever to awaken, and Roxas must as well.
*Xion attempts to absorb Roxas, who left the Organization, but allows herself be killed, and merges with Roxas, letting Roxas use her Keyblade. Roxas resolves to end Xemnas' plot with Kingdom Hearts, but is captured by Riku as the entire memory of Xion's existence fades. DiZ turns him into data to live in a virtual Twilight Town, to keep him until Sora is ready, and away from the Organization.
*Mickey meets Riku in the real Twilight Town, and promises not to tell Sora when he awakens of Riku's physical transformation into Ansem's appearance.
Kingdom Hearts II
*Axel finds Roxas in the Data Twilight Town, but Roxas eventually merges with Sora anyway as the latter awakens while Namine and DiZ flee.
*Sora, Donald and Goofy briefly meet the King, and are instructed by Yen Sid to destroy Organization XIII and the Nobodies. Maleficent is revived as well, and sends Pete out to build an army of Heartless and recruit more allies.
*At the reconstructed Hollow Bastion, the trio meets Leon, Yuffie, Cid, Aerith, and Merlin again and also encounters the Organization. Xigbar comments "he" always gave him the angry look.
*Throughout the Disney Worlds, the group encounters new and old Disney allies and villains, while sporadically encountering the Organization’s members and Pete.
*Kairi finds her way to Twilight Town with Pluto, but is abducted by Axel.
*At Hollow Bastion, the trio reunites with Mickey, who tells them the true nature of Ansem as Xehanort’s Heartless, and the real Ansem the Wise is missing.
*Hollow Bastion comes under attack from Maleficent, trying to reclaim the world, leading to a massive battle between Sora, Leon’s group, Maleficent and the Heartless, and the Organization and its’ Nobodies.
*At the climax of the battle, Xemnas reveals himself, and Saix reveals the Organization’s plan to use the Keyblade to forge Kingdom Hearts. Sora ventures to the worlds once again, defeating Demyx and Xaldin of Organization XIII.
*Sora and company meet King Mickey at Twilight Town, who lets slip he knows what happened to Riku, and he knows where Ansem really is. The group is able to get to The World that Never Was, the Organization’s stronghold, with Axel’s sacrifice. Upon arrival, Sora battles the awakened Roxas in his heart.
*Sora and company fight their way to Xemnas, killing Saix, Xigbar, and Luxord, and reuniting with Riku and Kairi. Mickey find DiZ is actually Ansem the Wise, and all parties meet before the top of the castle. Ansem the Wise’s device to destroy Xemnas’ Kingdom Hearts malfunctions, damaging Kingdom Hearts, killing Ansem and restoring Riku’s original appearance.
*Xemnas uses the last of Kingdom Hearts’ power to try to kill Sora’s group, but is destroyed by Sora and Riku. The group reunites at Destiny Islands, where Roxas and Namine meet through Sora and Kairi’s bodies.
*Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Pluto and Donald’s uncle and nephews return home to Disney Castle, while the worlds are at peace.
Coded/Re:Coded
*Jiminy Cricket finds an entry in his journal he didn’t write – “We must return to free them from their torment.” King Mickey digitizes the contents of the journal, sending a Data Sora to find the source of the message. Pete and Maleficent appear, having survived the destruction of the World That Never Was, and cause havoc.
*The mysterious figure in an Organization cloak turns out to be the “essence” of the Journal, taking on Riku’s appearance. During a battle, Pete and Maleficent are killed. Sora and Mickey meet Namine inside the Data Castle Oblivion, and learn the real Sora must rescue Terra, Ventus, and Aqua, Ansem the Wise, Axel, Xion, and Roxas from their various fates. Mickey returns to the real world and writes a letter to Sora explaining all this.
*In the Realm of Darkness, Aqua meets Ansem the Wise, not having aged too much, and the man reveals he was sent here after his machine malfunctioned. He says while his memories are fading, he knows Sora will come to save them.
*Mickey meets with Yen Sid, saying he’s discovered where Ventus’ heart is. Yen Sid acknowledges, but reveals something horrible: when person’s Heartless and Nobody are killed in that order, the original body returns from the dead. Ansem and Xemnas were killed, heralding the coming resurrection of Master Xehanort. Yen Sid orders Mickey to bring Riku and Sora to him, to hold a Mark of Mastery Exam.
*On Destiny Islands, Sora reads the letter, which says he is the Key that connects everything. He prepares to depart with Riku, with Kairi’s approval and good luck charm in tow.
RECONNECT: KINGDOM HEARTS.

Master Xehanort is most definitely a Master, he just was chosen as the successor to Eraqus' and his master.

I can give you an extremely detailed timeline of pre-BbS, BbS, the events between BbS and KH1, and the very start of KH1 if you'd like. I'm still working on the rest (what I've written so far is almost 30,000 words long, so it'll take a while to finish), but I can send that as I write it.

wait hes not a master *Eraqus and Xehanort's master hosts a Mark of Mastery Exam, with Eraqus as the victor. Eraqus carves a new world in his favor, the Land of Departure, and becomes a teacher to Keyblade wielders. Xehanort goes off on a journey throughout the worlds, learning all he can about light, darkness, and the Keyblades. Xehanort also goes by the title "Master" Xehanort, despite not officially being a Master.
If it will help people keep up with the series, then I'd be happy to do it, especially since writing happens to be one of my strengths. Also, I originally started the timeline so I could have a better understanding of the order of KH events for my fanfictions. I got so sick of working through the chronology of the events in the Ansem reports over and over again that I just decided to write down the order of events. And then it grew...
But I did most of the writing as I watched BbS' cutscenes online (which I would have done any way), so it's not like I wasted a huge amount of time.
Also, it's not so much a timeline as a summary of all the events in the series. But since it's all in chronological order, it definitely functions as a very accurate timeline.

She did that AND accidentally name Kairi as her successor. When Kairi, frightened by the Unversed, hid behind Aqua, she touched Aqua's Keyblade, thus accidentally triggering the Keyblade transmission ceremony or whatever it's called. :]
