yes actually, disney bought out digimon america from saban.
thats why the new season (5) only airs on Jetix and it sux so bad
they removed the actual blood and violenece that was in the japanese version

Besides, they aren't gonna use any of their tv shows... and even if they did i bet you anything digimon would not be their first choice.
They own the BROADCASTING rights to Digimon. They DON'T own the entire franchise.
