Yeah it's Even... by the way anyone else notice the previously empty capsules in the radiant garden laboratory are no longer empty in a white hall, it's black with substance, probably darkness, hearts, or both inside the tubes? Looks like the labs even active again wow... just noticed that. In the picture with Leas face.

Oh wow that is pretty interesting. It looks like there are creatures or sort in them. Wonder if the Radiant Garden Restoration Committee are aware of the lab being active.

I know I'd think the restoration committee would be like eh... wait why is the lab back up oh crap... SORA!!!! But really I hope Kingdom hearts 3 brings in a new enemy and loads of the older ones from heartless, to unversed, and nobodies. This scene just makes it appear there's going to be a metric fuck ton of heartless being spawned... watch Xehanorts boning himself en masse... erImean cloning himself.

Other screenshots show Sora and Riku as Yen Sid informs them about the journey they about to set out on for their Mark of Mastery exam. Restoring “those who are asleep within their sadness” is the key to passing. On the same page,Young Master Xehanort is shown taunting Riku about the darkness in his heart and in one screenshot saying, “You were the one I chose from the beginning.”

Now, what might he mean with that? Could this have something to do with Terra? Otherwise that just doesn't make sense... Well, YMX never made any sense.

Nahh, I think you're right, this has a lot to do with Terra; either the MF is somehow related to Terra due to his relation with Xehanort, or that line is meant to speak to the remnants of Terra which may or may not be lingering within Riku.

What I'm wondering is why Riku would say that anyone can bring Ansem into being. That seems like a strange statement.

Going on the connection to Terra, maybe YMX is speaking to Riku as the one he chose from the beginning to receive the Keyblade? I thought he meant he chose him to fall to darkness, but I like the other idea better...

And I feel like Riku saying anyone can summon Ansem is somewhat of an insult, as in he's difficult to get rid of

It is. But because they are in a dream world, so anything might be possible in there.

Ah I get it now. So the abilities that we apply to our Dream Eaters apply to Sora or Riku as well? This game seems to have a ton of customization. I wonder if when we swap in our third Dream Eater Sora/Riku's stats automatically change to match the enhancements and abilities placed on them as well? I doubt all three of their abilities apply to them at once, so in theory there is even more strategy involved in switching around your party members!

The Dream Eater abilities sound kind of overwhelming, but at the same time in depth and able to cater to one's taste. But it sounds to me it's more beneficial to keep changing dream eaters instead of sticking with one and letting it grow?

It depends on if certain abilities can only be learned by certain Dream Eaters. I mean when you make them at first they probably have next to no abilities, and as they level up and you unlock more abilities then that is when they become better.

Well....would they be in the realm of sleep? Up until now i havent thought about it but why exactly would they be there?

It depends on if certain abilities can only be learned by certain Dream Eaters. I mean when you make them at first they probably have next to no abilities, and as they level up and you unlock more abilities then that is when they become better.

I'm pretty sure that the Dream Eater system is going to be very expansive, look at the monster system in Final Fantasy XIII-2, how you can infuse some monsters with others to gain their abilities and specific items are needed for specific people, and you can gain hidden abilities by doing certain things, etc. I don't know if the system in DDD will be as big (something tells me no), but it will be quite hefty for completionists to collect all the monsters and stuff.
