Is there any way to obtain Mega Flare and Transcendence without an ability? I’ve melded them both 10+ times. Is there a possibility I could get it from a command board?

Currently playing Terra if that helps.

I just want clean commands.

After some quick experimentation, I have determined that I must have a copy in my inventory before I meld another to forego another ability.
