Did them boxes like a boss! Enjoy guys!
1stly id like to thank you for taking time out your busy schedule to do this. How about you start by telling us a little about yourself?
I chose you because I wanted someone who was a long time user here but maybe wasn't quite as well known as well known as others, also I wanted someone who didn't have a thing to do with #Junes. Also your son is adorable, juicy i think is the appropriate term.
Well recently you were the talk of the town(forum?) when you shared with the community that you would soon be a father. Its nice to see a black father so enthusiastic about their children how has becoming a father changed your outlook on life?
Ulti & the others threatened to kill me if i told, maybe some brave sole can comment, but trust me you probably wouldn't be interested, moving on!
I use to post in the hip hop thread & i owe it to you, Amae, & the others in their for showing me what real hip hop is. Though i recently started listening exclusively to dub step & Video Game soundtracks, hence my absence.
So who is your favorite artists & why?
Interesting, very interesting I suggest you get you hands on the Catherine Sound track the classical remixes are rather enchanting, that's almost all Ive been riding to (that, dubstep & some of Uematsu's stuff) Id love to hear some of your work!
So about Track, what are your events? Are you any good? How'd you get started?
Yeah I understand, Organized sports never appealed to me but i love me some backyard pick up football lol
So you've been here at KHI for a while now, alot of people have grown away from the series, how do you feel about it?
As do I friend As do I!
So how did you come across KHI, What has kept you comig back & what about the site do you think needs improvement?
I know you've recently become interested in comics, which universe, Marvel or DC? Which character is your favorite & why?
Ok well I think that about it. You got any shout-outs?

XIII Heartless said:No problem, you kinda took me by surprise by asking me. There's plenty of people on here I'd think are more interesting than me lol. Well I'm 19-years young, studying.....something at Rice University while running track and working on my music. I'm a songwriter and I've recently taken interest in making tracks like those Yoko Shimomura makes. I love to read too, especially fantasy novels. I'm a sucker for anything with a strong narrative, which is why I love hip hop artist who have meaningful lyrics, and why I love KH and FF type games. =)

And it's just made me a bit more optimistic. You kinda have to be when you've got someone else's life depending on how well yours goes, ya know? But it's an experience beyond anything I expected. Makes it all worth it, moments like that where he just grins at me and laughs at me lol.

XIII Heartless said:My favorite 3 artists are Eminem, J. Cole, and Chris Brown. Eminem is the dopest lyricist of all-time. Period. Cole is coming up, just dropped his debut and landed #1 on the charts. And Chris is my favorite entertainer. I'll watch any award show if he's performing on it. I also love Yoko Shimomura (of course lol).
I've been listening to more and more game music, as well as old school blues records. At first I was just searching for tracks to sample for hip hop beats, but I've started playing with my own original sounds. I'll tell myself I'm making a sad track on the piano for a tragic FF scene, or working on the music for the final boss battle in KHIII so it'll have to be something with an enormous type sound. Music is one of my favorite outlets and I've kinda been considering actually composing music for films or video games in the future. I've been looking back for original compositions from films to learn from. Two of my favorites right now are the Main Title theme from the first Spider-Man film and First Class from X-Men: First Class. Straight masterpieces.

XIII Heartless said:Ahh track and field. We have a love/hate relationship lol. I was a football addict growing up. Swore I was going to the University of Alabama and was gonna make it to the league. I had/have the speed and skill. Still do. But I just....didn't fill out like I wanted to. And I'm actually pretty well-built (I think I've got a few shirtless photos in the "Post Your Picture" thread lmao), but nowadays these guys in the NCAA and NFL are straight freaks of nature. My cousin Julio and I (he's in his rookie season with the Atlanta Falcons) are prime examples; growing up, we were similarly built and had pretty much the same skill-set. But he got to high school and blew up in size while I petered out at 6'1", 165 pounds. So I settled for track. I run the 400 meter dash primarily, with my PR being 48.62. I'm also gonna run the 800 for the first time in a few years this season. And my favorite event is the 4x400/mile relay. There's few things as exciting as being on a badass mile relay and running your leg of the race in. Given the choice, I'd still be playing ball, but them's the breaks. Gotta work with what you're given, ya know?

XIII Heartless said:I STILL love KH, even more than I did in the past. I just think that despite what others may think about it being convoluted and hard to follow, it's a pretty straight-forward story. The narrative has only gotten more exciting with these more recent titles too.

XIII Heartless said:I used to scour the web looking for all types of KH-related things. One day after a trailer for KHII had aired at TGS, I stumbled upon this site. It was a while before I actually joined the forums (it was still called kingdomhearts2.net back then), but once I did....well, I never left lol. Tried once, and succeeded for about a month. Now I'm on more than ever lol it's just a genuinely nice community to be a part of. I STILL love KH, even more than I did in the past. I just think that despite what others may think about it being convoluted and hard to follow, it's a pretty straight-forward story. The narrative has only gotten more exciting with these more recent titles too. As for the site needing improvement, the only thing they could do now to make it even better would be to make me a mod. *silence* Kidding lol.
I know you've recently become interested in comics, which universe, Marvel or DC? Which character is your favorite & why?
XIII Heartless said:As for comics, YES. There a nigga's newfound passion lol. This past summer I took a chance on this $89 Ultimate Spider-Man graphic novel collection of the first 40 or so issues. Right now I'm still collecting/reading the entire Ultimate Spider-Man collection. I'm a bit more than halfway through with Peter's story right now. I'm more of a Marvel fan, but the following months have seen me digging deep into the DC lore too. Batman is even more of a G than I thought (been playing Arkham Asylum and reading a few standout comics of his) and whereas I used to hate Superman because he's so overpowered, I actually find him kinda cool now (God, Stooge is gonna love that). My favorite DC character is a toss up between Static, Nightwing, and Kid Flash from the new Young Justice TV show, which is my favorite show right now btw. But Spidey's forever my favorite, followed closely by Wolverine.
Ok well I think that about it. You got any shout-outs?
XIII Heartless said:Shout out to everybody in the official hip-hop thread, my new friends in the official comic book/graphic novel thread (a newly discovered passion of mine), and those in the Young Justice thread. Thanks for taking an interest in a brotha lol *pause*
