is there any word of some kind of permanent fix for the long load screens and form. a simple install of the game would probably drastically help kh2fm and bbs

It is extremely unlikely. When the development team moves on, they move on for good and unless it is a game-breaking issue that is reported by a high number of people, things like this are never patched.
