KHX keyblade question PLEASE help

i was wondering if the heart keyblade, the one with air ct., nothing, air ct., ever gets that empty spot filled or is their any plans for a keyblade to be an air/magic keyblade. thats what my deck build is and i want a keyblade to match

how many times do i have to upgrade three wishes before it can do both air and magic cards

Oh, wait. That one's just magic.

Wait for one like the keyblade from Enchanted Dominion or from Beasts Castle.

So far Keyblades seem to level up to Level 10.
