Well, I guess Mickey is going to play an important role in all 3 of the games, maybe even linking the events in some way.

That's probably why he is in the middle, but that has already been found out a long time ago.

Well, the story revolves around three Keyblade apprentices in search of a missing Keyblade master, Master Xehanort, and his apprentice, in my assumption this is in regards to something along the lines of the King Hearts itself? Therefore I'm under the influence that, 'they' (being Master Xehanort, and his apprentice) have sought the issue with King Mickey himself.

Yep, that's what I've always thought. He probably plays some huge important role that we have no clue about yet. Or maybe it's because he's the only charcter that could be in all three games, so instead of putting him in all three triangles they just put him smack dab in the middle.

The question is : why did they put him representing all three games, with the Star Seeker...?

He obviously wields it in BBS. Due to data things, it seems he wields it in Coded. But, what about 358/2 Days? Star Seeker too? Why? That makes no sense...

King Mickey is in all of the Kingdom Hearts games, it's not like Square is gonna just cut him from the story.

What I want to know is why in BBS, it looks like he obviously heard of Master Xehanort, but that he didn't seem choked that AtW apprentice was nammed Xehanort.

Well, this sounds very unoriginal, but I think that all chars from BBS lost their memories.

Just think it. Goofy and Donald saw Mickey with Keyblade, but in KH1 they dont remember.

Xehanort lost his memory too..etc.

Did they specificaly mention that they never seen a keyblade before? Cause I don't remember.
