1. The Skill featured here is Combo plus.
Skills gives your cards unique stats in combat, ranging from raising their base damage to Nullifying an enemy attack.
The picture below will explain how the detaching tab works:
Spoiler Show
1. Detach tab
2. Card of which you are detaching the skill from3. Detach button
4. This window is telling you how the Detach option works, it removes the skill from the card
5. This window is only available for detaching the skill which will be explained in the picture below:Spoiler Show
1.The buttons here is for increasing and decreasing the % chance of detaching the skill(mainly 30% is the default % for any skill detaching) increasing the % increases the required munny to use and decreasing the % decreases the munny required to use
2. The text here is asking you if you're ready to accept or decline the above status as your detaching, the red text tells you that if the skill detach fails, you will lose the skill in the process
6.If the Skill detaching was a success this screen should appear
Also if you try to Detach a skill you had Leveled up attached to a card, You will get all Skills used on it.(3/16 Update)
The picture below will explain how the Attaching tab works:

1.Attach tab
2.Card you want to attach skill onto
3.Level up skill button(only appears if you have a skill of the same name/rank attached to the card already)
4.Attach the selected Skill button(this is the default button if you have no skills of the selected skill attached to the card)
5. the top button is attaching the skill, the bottom button is leveling up the skill, This will be explained in the picture belowSpoiler Show
1. The number here shows how many of the same skill you have in your Skill storage available to use
2.The buttons are used to increase and to decrease the number of skills of the same name/rank available, once a skill is leveled up, it doesn't go up in rank, it's level goes up, for example in English:
Attack up I LV2
3. This number % is the activation chance for the required skill to activate in combat, default is mostly 10% on all skills, If you level the skill up, the % will go up by 2% for each basic skill level to which will activate the skill a little more frequent in combat, for SR rank skills such as Combo Plus and Reflect Guard their Level up % is 1% per skill level up.
As a side note you do not need to worry about losing the skill when you are attaching it to a card, you do still need munny if you want to increase it's level though

Question; How does one obtain Skills?Answer; Sadly you cannot, trying to do so will gray out the skills
Answer; You can only obtain Skills only through the Premium and Regular Raise draws, other than that there are other ways to obtain skills, possibly through limited mission events
Question; Can i put a skill on an Assist card?
Question; I tried to level up the skills rank but it won't level up, am i doing something wrong?
Answer; No you are not, if your asking if leveling the skill up increases it's rank then no, leveling the skill up will only increase the skills level, example: Attack up 1 LV2
Question; Does attaching skills to a card require a % to be successful?
Answer; You do not need to be worried, attaching skills does not require a success %, but it does require munny to attach it still
Question; When i attach skills it gives me this weird menu about a 10% thing, what is it for?
Answer; When attaching a Skill, it shows you the % chance of activating that skill in combat on the setted card, to further answer this, the % for all skills is default at 10%, but when you are attaching a skill that you have multiple copies of, you can increase the skills Level, by doing so, you can increase the skills activation %, each skill level up increases it by 2%

3. When 3 rows of stamps are obtained, you will receive a clear bonus, and a new stamp card will be used on the subsequent day(also if you manage to get additional line bonuses after the set 3 to clear your board you'll get 10 additional medals for each other line bonus aside from your 20 medal clear bonus)
4. If you managed to obtain the x2 stamp, the line bonus will be doubled if it is included in it.
You'll also get a continuous login reward called special bonus if the number counter goes to 0.
