The Halloween event has finally concluded in the world of KINGDOM HEARTS χ[chi]. To keep things fresh, the SQEX BRIDGE and Success Inc. teams have rushed straight into the next batch of limited missions to keep the players at the top of their game. The latest additions will allow players to obtain new cards of Roxas and the Twilight Town Disciplinary Commitee via missions and Card Draw, defeat the new Trident Anchor Raid Boss, exchange Mog Medals for powerful, exclusive attack and assist cards, and much more.

Zephyr has translated the full list of updates below. Forum member jRPGFan has compiled a list of the Card Strengthening Missions and their respective rewards.

The Halloween Limited Event finally ends.
※ Also including the new Heartless that appeared in the field during the Halloween Limited Event.

The Raid Boss “Trident Anchor” appears after 10/31 (Thurs)’s maintenance ~ 11/17 (Sun) 23:59.
More than one type of “Trident Anchor” exists.
Depending on their types, the effectiveness of your Keyblade may differ.

The Card Strength Support Event and the Limited Mission will be around for a limited time.

It’s possible to synthesize your favorite card with a 1.5x Boost Effect that lasts one week with a special card called “Fairy Godmother”.
Boost effects depend on the base card that’s being synthesized.

● If you’ve synthesized Fairy Godmother with an Attack Card
⇒ Attack power increases by 1.5x for a week
● If you’ve synthesized Fairy Godmother with an Assist Card
⇒ LUX rate and max HP will be increased by 1.5x for a week

※ For cards that currently have the boost effect, you can’t synthesize with Fairy Godmother. However. if the boost effects end, you will be able to synthesize it.

Special thanks for those who are playing KINGDOM HEARTS χ [chi] and we present the Fairy Godmother.
It will be available for those who have completed the tutorial before the start of 10/31’s maintenance.
※ The distribution begins 10/31 (Thurs).
Please note that there may be a possible delay depending on the situation.

From 10/31 (Thurs), you will be able get double the amount of LUX in LUX UP TIME.
There will be five periods and each will last one hour.

[1] 01:00 to 02:00
[2] 07:00 to 08:00
[3] 12:00 to 13:00
[4] 19:00 to 20:00
[5] 22:00 - 24:00 ※ One hour extension

The ability to use skills from your cards have now been added.
The following are skill details:
● One skill enables you with the chance to obtain one or more R+ cards in a Raise Draw.

● You can set a number of skills in a card’s skill slot.

● The number of skill slots depend on the card’s rarity.

● For the Skill Menu, there is a button on the bottom screen or you can find it in the MENU on the upper right corner.

● Skills that have been set on a card can be removed in the Skill Menu.
It will cost Munny depending on the skill that’s being removed.
Removing skills depend on chance.
By increasing the Munny consumption, you increase the probability of that skill removed.
※ If your Munny isn’t high enough, you can’t remove the skill.
※ It’s possible to increase the probability to 100%.
※ If you remove a skill from a card, please keep in mind it will consider the level of the card.

● When you possess the same skills your cards.
You can enhance the skill level in the skill menu.
It consumes Munny to strengthen the skill level and it is 100% successful.
The amount of Munny depends on the skill level.
※ You will not be able to the skill if you don’t have sufficient Munny.

● Possession of skills that are not on your cards.
You can use the Skill Menu and set it to any card that has an empty slot.
It will consume Munny depending on the skill you want to set.
If you happen to have the same skills, skill level enhancements are possible with those set of skills.
※ You will not be able to strengthen your skill level if you don’t have sufficient Munny.
※ It’s not possible to set the same skill in the same card if that skill is already set.
※ A card without a slot cannot be given any skill.

● Skill Trigger Probability
It’s possible to increase the chance of triggering a skill by raising its skill level.

You can get new Attack Cards in Raise Draws.
Also, there will be boost effects with the attack card.
(Boost Effects Last: 10/31 ~ 11/28)
※ You can only get these Attack Cards in Raise Draws.

<11 Consecutive Raise Draws, guaranteed to get one SR card and Fairy Godmother>
After 10/31 (Thurs)’s maintenance ~ 11/28 (Thurs), for 11 consecutive Raise Draws, you are guaranteed to get an SR or higher card.
(The price is 3,000 Charge Munny)
You also get Fairy Godmother for 11 consecutive Raise Draws as a bonus.
(One bonus for each 11 consecutive Raise Draws)

Moogle will appear in rare treasure chests in the field 10/9 (Wed) ~ 10/31 (Thurs). After 10/31’s maintenance, the events will return to normal.

After 10/31 (Thurs)’s maintenance ~ 11/21 (Thurs)
The purchase period has been extended to 11/21 (Thurs) for the following items:

● Mega Potion x12 Set
(Purchase up to 5 sets per day)

● Mega Ether x12 Set
(Purchase up to 5 sets per day)

(Purchase up to 3 sets per day)

● Kupo Nut x12 Set
(Purchase up to 2 sets per day)

When you move the cursor to the items available on the field, the item name that can be collected are displayed.

You can get 10 Mog Medals for Login Bonuses and the period has been extended from 10/31 (Thurs) ~ 11/21 (Thurs)

Due to popularity, the Beginner Support Campaign has been extended from 10/31 (Thurs) - 11/28 (Thurs).
The following items can be acquired in terms of achievement:
• For clearing the tutorial “Sora [SR]”
• For reaching level 20 “The King [SR]”

The Halloween Limited Event has been held since 10/18 (Fri) and rewards will be distributed.
For the first wave, after 10/31’s maintenance, we will distribute them in the Present Box.
For the second and third wave, they will be distributed sequentially.

The Trident Anchor's one of the best parts of this update. This game was already on high points for its art style, but it's been the great looking new Heartless that really sell it, so it's even better to see their first all-new Heartless boss! (The Hocus Pocus was clearly a Behemoth wearing a haunted house to go trick-or-treat, so it doesn't count). Also: The Encounter.

I really love Trident Anchor's design especially the red version of it. The transparent teeth with fish inside is pretty clever lol.

When I saw the trident boss, it oddly gave me deja vu. Glad this mog trade allows you to get Namine cards. ^_^ I've never had any luck getting Kairi or Namine through other means so this is a nice change of pace. I'm hoping they'll give out costumes of the main characters soon...
