Spoiler ShowI'll be perfectly honest here. I respect people's opinions, but why is anyone putting Arendelle so high in their worlds list? Personally, I thought the world sucked a bit and it felt like a chore to get it over with. The only good parts were Larxene, "Let It Go", Olaf, and the world's ending, plus getting the Keychain. The world's story pretty much feels barren, no thanks to Disney's meddling. It feels like they designed the world, and when they were trying to do stuff, they got a lot of "No's", and said "screw it", and went working to the next world. I also hate hot the boss has little to no build-up, and it's just so over the top. And I say this specially after finishing Monstropolis first, which the difference between both worlds is very noticeable.
Again, I respect opinions, but Arendelle isn't that much of a world. I'd dare say it was filler due to its performance.
Spoiler ShowBecause I actually liked the world, I guess? There are things I wish they’d done with the world that they didn’t, but you could find BS to be upset about with any world in the game if that's what you *want* to do. Toy Story has no Zurg, no Pizza Planet, no Sid's house, you never see the other toys like Jessie, Slinky, Potato Head, and so on, you wander around a toy store and never get to explore the rest of Andy’s house. The Caribbean has basically no story in between going to Port Royal and the final battle. At Monstropolis, there are a load of film characters left out and you don’t get to fight Randall either. Megara is in the background in Olympus and Phil doesn’t even get a line. Corona feels like one of those awful games Disney puts out to coincide with their film releases, just with better graphics. Twilight Town is tiny, you can't visit the mansion or the clocktower, and you don’t even see Seifer’s gang anymore. The Keyblade Graveyard you run back and forth across one line of a canyon/tunnel from scene to scene, except for the flimsy "maze." You don't get to explore Scala ad Caelum at all beyond getting kicked around the battlefield. All the worlds had repetitive scenery except for Olympus, where you have Thebes, the mountain, and the gods' realm.
Tbh, I was going to rank Arendelle as my #2, but I did like Monstropolis' original plot more. I think Monstropolis and Arendelle were two of the best worlds in the game, so nothing was glaring to me with them being back to back. 100 Acre Wood, on the other hand…
Anyway, I forgot to rank the Final World. I'd put it between TT and 100 Acre Wood.
Spoiler ShowSo we never understood why "chess match" Xehanort is so blatantly younger than Young Xehanort.
Or is the take here that Xehanort was somehow first in Scala ad Caelum and then at Destiny Islands?
Spoiler ShowScala ad Caelum is supposed to be for keyblade wielders, so maybe he came from Destiny Islands to Scala ad Caelum? When we see him in Destiny Islands, maybe he is just returning to his home world (older)?
Spoiler ShowAs somebody who only ever cried playing Xenoblade Chronicles, Kingdom Hearts III made me ugly about three times. The first was Sora remembering Xion's name. That killed me because a person's favourite word is their name, and a name defines a person's identity. So Xion regaining her humanity broke me. I was then further broken by the reunion of the Days and Birth by Sleep trio, their reunion just felt so sentimental because of everything that they went through, and then to top it all off, I felt a pang when Isa was fading, and both Lea and Isa just admitted how they felt about the distance between the two after they became Nobodies.

Spoiler ShowThe ending when “Dont Think Twice†was playing. Specifically, i began to cry when Kairi and Sora were sitting together and broke into sobbing when Sora began to disappear. The game has big issues plot/character-wise, but man, i still got the feels i was anticipating after all this time.
So what do you guys think aboutIsa becoming friends with Roxas and Xion. I dont mind him living but he did treat them like crap in 358 2 Days so it is a bit odd seeing them eating ice cream and playing frisbee together? Would those two forgive him so easily?
I see what you mean. I think it would have been easier hadIsa just apologized to the two of them. Maybe he did it offscreen I guess. Its not as bad as the other blunders in the game at least.I like Saix's character, but I mostly saw him as a villain. The whole "Isa might be just lonely and hurt from Lea's separation" angle never really resonated with me.
Plus yeah, he was emotionally abusive. I'm not sure how I feel especially about Xion hanging out with him, especially since we never see her or Roxas forgiving him. Isa's "redemption" scenes only score points in the Lea dashboard, never with the others.
Oh, and it doesn't help that I find it dumb even by the series' standards.
"You made new friends, how dare you. I'm so jealous I'll sell my soul to the literal devil and do horrible things to innocent people. Seriously Lea, look what you're making me do."
He even has the galls of saying that he won't admit it a second time. It's like he doesn't even think he was that much in the wrong. He essentially dodged his way out of blame with a "I guess it's my b."
You can mock me for being a Vanitas fanboy as much as you want, but Isa isn't in that much of an earned spot for me.
Spoiler ShowI honestly agree that Isa shouldn't have gotten redeemed, or at least in the way that he did. But I guess half of me also didn't want it to happen because I like the RAX trio as it is without Isa in it, since it just makes it awkward. And as for the other girl, it does make it so that RAX is still relevant to the main story since this girl is most likely linked to UX, but then that means yet another character co-joined to this trio who already has Isa (so its it like a quad now instead of a trio?) and the HPO trio? It's just getting a bit much. I miss the days of KH2 when Roxas and Axel were meant to just be a duo in all honestly, now that trio is getting way to convoluted. I just hope that once they find this girl, Lea, Isa and the girl won't go back to being a trio and Roxas will be forced with Xion because that will just ruin my love for RAX.
Isa and Xehanort getting these redemptions and the excuse being just outright ridiculous, yet Repliku dying and Vanitas getting the most weird and open ending just annoys me.
I thought it was great! Seeing him appear, I was all "Oh boy, he's out of his chair! Shit's gonna go down!" Then all he does is open a path like he's Moses and nothing else, but it was still cool seeing him actually show up and do something for a change.Oh my God it finally happened Yen Sid finally left the tower and did something!! I didn't think it would happen but better late than never I guess.
I....have issues with it. It's as you said, he treated Roxas and Xion terribly and while I like that he reconciled with Lea and lived (and gained sweet new clothes, and isn't that what really matters in the end?) I simply can't see Roxas and Xion forgiving Isa so easily. So what do you guys think aboutIsa becoming friends with Roxas and Xion. It could make for an interesting plotline for the future games if it turned out they truly haven't and are hiding their hate for Isa because they want Lea to be happy.
I dunno, Roxas had very few issues with stating when he hates someone. He's much more vengeful than Sora on a regular basis.
Would Xion knew about being under the influence? Granted we still have no idea how or why was she woth the Norts again, but even so she clearly showed remorse in what was doing (which she ultimately didn't even do). Saix happily waltzed into the villain part and did many unnecessarily cruel things and, again, he kinda didn't show any remorse for them even in his "redemption".
I agree with who said he should've said something to them in person. The way things are now, I can accept him being "Lea's weird friend" that everyone tolerates because they like Lea. But nothing really justifies him eating ice cream and frisbee-throwing with people he treated like dirt and never really apologized for it.
