Well, with how incredibly biased IGN is, this isn't too shocking. Because, according to them, MGS: Peace Walker is, without question, P-E-R-F-E-C-T.

I loved Peace Walker. It really was a fantastic game by all means. But uh.. Most Bang for your Buck and Most Addictive Game I'm not so sure about. Best visuals was totally ghost of sparta too.
Pretty much they over exaggerated how good Peace Walker is, despite it being pretty amazing.
Also pretty happy MPSMP got funniest game.
