Is it just me, or is YX's Armor No Heart? Also Aaaaah and I complain about series in which the author can't kill off characters for any reason, but I didn't expect this.

Yes, it's the No Heart armor. We've known about this since it appeared in BBSFM. Nomura reiterated it in the KH3 Ultimania:

—What was the true identity of No Heart, who appeared in KH BbS FM?

Nomura: That was also Master Xehanort. That was the armour he used to wear a long time ago, and in this game he was wearing his current armour.

No Heart first debuted in a Mirage Arena battle in BBSFM, as did the Armor of the Master

I’ve hit the end, I did 3 ‘500 enemies’ missions after mission 20 and it now just says ‘coming soon’. Nothing else comes up/you don’t get any special rewards

I think we definitely go back for multiple episodes with the cast and interact with them/meet Baldur/see how they all die. They ended the first episode like that to try and hook people to the story and shock everyone so you want to find out what happened to them. And then maybe in a year it’ll tell us the story after the time jump

Sorry but being a Star Wars fan has taught me that no one stays dead and this being Kingdom Hearts makes me iffy. This is Nomura after all, 50 chapters in one those deceased people will reappear as a plot twist.

I think at least one of the graves could be a red herring. There are four marked graves and Xehanort has five classmates besides Eraqus. One of the graves could be Baldr while one of the others lives.

That's just Xemnas wearing similar looking armor. No Heart specifically originated from BBSFM.

I agree with this. These mobile games love their red herrings; Nomura's gotten us multiple times with them in UX (Lauriam being the murderer, Brain being the imposter). Whoever those graves belong to, the answer may not be as straightforward as just the other four students in the keyart.
