Spoiler ShowYou're saying this when we already had cutscenes in TRAILERS of people in the god damn computer lab. Be angry all you want, but you probably should have caught onto the fact earlier that there was probably going to be cutscenes in this area. Also, not a game developer or anything, but making something viewable and playable are probably two VERY different things, with one clearly taking much more resources.
Spoiler ShowIt's not really a big leap to make areas designed for cutscenes into something playable. They still had to design and build these areas in a computer program and that clearly took time. All you have to do to make them playable is to let Sora go there, put some spawn points for Heartless, put in some treasure chest, and boom you have a playable Radiant Garden. I think this is should shut down the defense that Square-Enix didn't have time to develop a the assets for a playable Radiant Garden world, because clearly they did, they just didn't allow the player to go there.
I'm also betting these assets are going to be reused for Radiant Garden to be a DLC world later on. In other words we have another FFXV situation where a major part of the game is relegated to DLC instead of being in the game at launch. Honestly I thought Nomura was going to be better in this regard than Tabata. That whole FFXV situation tainted everything in this company, God I hate that game.
