I think I can help answer those.

Spoiler Show

- Roxas has a role to play
- no idea how deep about Larxene and Marluxia they go but they do mention it
- no idea about much UX stuff yet, but there is some stuff in
- you do see his face, and Vanitas does seem to pop up quite often.
- no word on Demyx as far as I know

I think that's as loose as I can be without spoiling too much xD

I think it is a whole other character from back when Isa and Lea were friends.

Honestly super disappointed that Namine hasn't seemed to factor into the ending at all, save for that brief comment on the puppet from Repliku. She's on the cover so she's gotta be in the game, right? Ugh.

The non-stop throw at your emotions and Disney magic, is all on force in this one.
I can tell Disney had a blast altering what Nomura wanted to do with the story. Seriously though, everything aside from the resolution theme feels more like this was written by the new heads at Walt Disney Animation Studios. Why can't they let some events be a little more tense with stakes. So far, I've had to restrain myself, due to an overload of laughter.

Having the whole thing available this early is clearly going to affect overall reception I'd say.

There are still a few things I'd like to know if they get addressed at all, yet I won't actively search for spoilery videos or images.

I've enjoyed a lot of what I have seen in the leaks. My only real problem is that

In the scenes where Terra and Roxas are saved, Sora just feels like he's there as a cheer leader.

Also...some voice acting complaints.

Everyone, but Axel, Xemnas, Saix, Xion, Roxas and I imagine a few others that I haven't seen turn in pretty bad performances.

Their problems all range from odd pacing issues, lack of genuine emotion (or context), lacking in energy, have really disjointed choices in their acting or in the case of Osment as Sora, fighting his voice the whole way through. Sora just doesn't sound like he's being genuine in places he should. Even Donald and Goofy, who have performed for YEARS, don't sell it either. All the dramatic emotional scenes so far but Roxas, Xion and Axel's reunion fall flat. Aqua sounds worse. Even Ventus doesn't quite sell emotional scenes either.

Don't get me wrong, there's still moments where there's good acting. Even Osment sells some lines. It's just very inconsistent across the board.

And it's crazy what 9 years has done to both Haley Joel Osment and Jesse McCartney. With McCartney, he's just a little deeper, but he at least still fits his characters. Osment, though...he can't be Sora. His reads with Vanitas are great, but his voice is now even older. He just doesn't fit either of them anymore.

It's a shame, because these cutscenes are so much more emotive and dynamic. Good voice acting would really elevate these. I really think they should change voice directors that can at least talk/challenge the Japanese directors.

The music and everything else look great tho. This might be my favorite Square Enix game in awhile if it plays as good as it looks

His Roxas performance may sound more natural as it is more close to his actual voice while Ven's is somewhat higher and softer so it needs more work.

Won't judge until I hear them myself anyways.

I am content with most of it. If I could have it, there be less Sorikai and more Sorarikai. I just hate how emotionally detached Riku acted in this game, especially after DDD. The way he treated/talked to Sora felt restrained. The solution shouldn’t been to downplay Riku’s interactions but add more Kairi.
