Decided to make one due to many confusions.
Might need help not sure at anything here.
Oh, I'm also kinda explaining a few parts here.

Edit: Found Out the 358/2 Days starts before CoM.

Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep

-10 years before the start of KH1.
-MX and DS gone missing.
-VAT starts searching.

Mid-BBS
-Still looking for MX and DS.
-This time Ven might have confronted DS or MX.
-Terra met Malificient.

BBS End.
VAT and MX+DS fough t.

Kingdom Hearts 1
-Start of Sora's adventure.
-DI gets destoryed.
-Riku goes to IDK where.
-Kairi disappears and Sora gets her heart.
-Sora ends up in TT.(Includes sealing the keyhole)
-Sora ends up and seals Wonderland.
-Sora ends up and seals Olympus Colliseum.
-Sora ends up and seals Deep Jungle.
-Sora ends up and seals Agrabah.
-Sora ends up and seals Haloween Town.
-Sora ends up and seals Monstro.
-Sora ends up and seals Neverland.
-Sora ends up in Hollow Bastion.
-Sora and Co. met Beast who's looking for Belle.
-The KK went To Riku for a bit but, Sora got it back.
-Sora pwns Malificient and Riku revealing Ansem.
-Sora knows what happened to Kairi, released his heart with the Heart Unlocker Keyblade(Riku's incomplete keyblade).
-Sora wents to the End of the World and pwns Ansem.
-Worlds that are destroyed returns.DTD was sealed.
-Sora wents looking for Riku.

Kingdom Hearts : 358/2 Days Part 1
Note:358/2 Days starts and goes through CoM.
(possible start)
-Roxas Wakes up in Twilight Town and was named by Xemnas.
-Axel recruits him in Organization XIII.
-Roxas starts Making Missions.
-14th member joins
-6 members of Org. XIII goes to Castle Oblivion

Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories
Sora's Story:
-Sora dreams of Pluto having a letter.
-Sora wakes up and see's a man in a black coat.
-The man leads him to Castle Oblivion and tells him about that place.
-Sora wents to Traverse Town.pwns everyting there.
-Sora wents to all the worlds he went on in KH1 and pwns everything.
-Organization Members shows up every floor and "plays" with him only getting pwned.Namely, Axel,Larxene,Vexen and Repliku.
-Namine is the reason why Sora is forgetting everyone.
-Marluxia is the real reason why Sora is forgetting everything.
-Marluxia and Sora battled. Sora won and got to sleep in a invincible bed for a year.

Riku's Story:
-Riku wakes up when he heard a voice and transport to the basement of CO.
-Riku fight every Disney Villain in Every World he visited.
-Meets his Companion, King Mickey.
-Pwns every Org. Member he defeated.Namely, Zexion, Lexeaus, Vexen and Repliku.
-Pwns Ansem at the XIII'th basement floor.
-Leaves with Mickey at CO.Choosing the Road to DAWN.

Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days Part 2
Note: This is the continuation of the 1st one.
This is what happens after the CoM.

-Axel Returns and tells of what happened in CO.
-Roxas ask himself why he has the keyblade.
-This could be the time where the 14th member disappears.
-Roxas and Riku fights for the 1st time
-Riku gets defeated but comes back and uses power of darkness
-Roxas got captured and sent to Virtual Twilight Town

Only one thing. I don't think Sora dreamed of Pluto having the letter. I think it showed them chasing Pluto, which came at the end of Kh1, and then later on Sora woke up at the crossroads. The probably stopped due to running the infinite looking road. <.<; Could be wrong but hey. Great idea for the thread.

You said it happened after Roxas left the Organization, right? But Roxas battled Riku after he fought these heartless at Memory's Skyscraper, and he defeats heartless for the Organization. So that would mean he fought Riku while he was still working for the Organization.

To clarify what VoC said, Riku fought Roxas after he helped him defeat the neoshadows in front of the Tower in The World That Never Was, and Roxas managed to get a decent hit on him, and taunted him saying he could never beat him. I don't really agree. Riku meets Roxas. They Fight. Riku loses.
Riku meets Roxas in TWTNW again (im assuming this is where they meet the first time) and Roxas almosr beats Riku again but Riku knocks him out. Then when he goes over to Roxas' supposedly unconcious body he finds out Roxas is still awake and Roxas tries to attack him. Riku removed his blindfold, turns into Rikunort and 'owns' Roxas. Then DiZ shows up and they take him back to the old mansion.
