I'm looking for a web designer to create a web template and code it.

Details: The website and forum is about Fullmetal Alchemist, the site will include information about upcomming events, news, manga. Have all the manga scans, all the FMA episodes, the movie. Then discussion boards with either Invision Board or Vbulletin. Domain will be http://fma-alchemist.com

I have the Forums planned out and to what I almost want. I need a person(s) to design a main website for me that is somewhat "simple" and light. I don't want a dark color. I want it a light color like white. For an IDEA of what the main website would look like and design go here http://www.fullmetal-alchemist.com/ This is for an IDEA of what I would like.

I'm also looking for staff in these positions: New gatherer, Forum Leader (2), HTML coder, Graphic Artist.
