Here's what's written on the rewards list on the raid boss menu. (Note, L = Lux.)
100L = Mogpoints x400
500L = Munny x5000
1000L = Ether x1
2000L = Moogle card [N] x3
3500L = Potion x2
5000L = Bronze Ticket x5
7500L = Moogle card [N+] x3
10,000L = Silver Ticket x3
15,000L = Gold Ticket x1
20,000L = Ether x5
30,000L = Potion x5
50,000L = Gold Ticket x2
100,000L = Moogle card [R] x10
200,000L = Ether x10
300,000L = Moogle card [R?] x20

So are you saying if your team wins you get this? Or if the raid boss is defeated you get this?

Nah, as you collect LUX from defeating Heartless and attacking the Raid Boss, you'll automatically get these items as you pass each of the above LUX thresholds. Just need to retrieve 'em from the Present Box.
