Ok, it was confirmed millions of years ago that Marluxia suffered a tragic death from Sora when he was drunk with power and Sora beat him silly with his Keyblade as a bonus Donald (A.K.A Mr.No pants ) Goofy and Sora got sleep in the Flower pod. The only death there is reletive contraversy on in KH:CoM is Zexion. No one ever found out for sure. They never showed him actually die. All the other deahts have been clean cut, why did they have to make you guess for Zexion ?

Is there in fact a higher purpose ? Or they felt like being sadistic.

When Ansem was destroyed at the end of KH1, no-one had any clear intentions that he would make a return until KH COM/KH2 were confirmed and also revealing all of the Organization members making an appearance in KH2 to the public before the game's released would slowly begin to ruin the mood of the game - keeping other 'unexpected' organization members a secret from the public could be a tactic used
