They kinda already have. Twice. Roxas saw Sora in Twilight Town. And then on top of that building in TWTNW they met.

I'm pretty sure nobodies aren't going to have much of a role in the next game. All of Organization XIII are gone. Whatever is introduced in BBS is going to be in the next game, and Coded will provide the setup.
Basically, nobodies are soooo last game.

Ha, watch as Nobodies and Heartless completely disappear. And everyone finds out Heartless and Nobodies used to be Unversed, but when Xehanort did those experiments, he successfully split Unversed into Heartless and Nobodies. That'd be weird. And highly improbable.

But, anyways. Sora's already met Roxas. In fact, he's talked to Roxas once, too. I think it's in the 2nd Day or the 1st. I forget. Either way. Roxas collapses, and Sora's like "Where am I?" or something, and Roxas and Sora ask each other questions. It's really short, but they talk with each other. :/

Not all of them keep their human forms, very few in fact.
I highly doubt we'll be seeing Nobodies as strong as Organization XIII. Nobodies probably do still exist but we shouldn't be seeing any of their kind anymore.
