All forms of Xehanort have those boots, and the majority of Organization members have them as well.
yeah and form some reason hes holding his weapon backwards like ven hmmm...

Everyone in the orginization wears those boots. ALONG with MX, Xemnas, and the xehanort brothers.

I think TheLight means Apprentice Xehanort and Ansem SoD, seeing as they also wear the boots.
Well, I did not notice the Xemnas thing. Oh well.
What I can say, is that it could of possibly been either Xemnas, "Ansem", or something from the past.
It being a new enemy is very unlikely to me. Being a 10yr prequel, the possibilities are open though.

I say it's someone we haven't met before, but it'd be nice if Nomura could think of a new way to conceal people's identities, cause the whole black cloak thing is getting really really old.

i know but they are with Master Eraqus so i think its easier to think they are from there. but Ventus i think he is not from there. he has been there and on Keyblade Graveyard. Ventus was on the keybade wars and he locked those memories on his heart, he was the only surviver, kidding xD

Wha... I don't even get where that came from? Their are an infinite ways to hide someone's identity. Yes, I understand the majority of those wouldn't work in a video game boss battle, but I'm just asking for a little more creativity. The black cloak thing seems lazy. And where are they getting all these cloaks from? THAT'S what KHIII needs to be about. (Last part is a total joke.)

More than likely, it's better to assume neither Terra, Ventus, or Aqua are originally from LoD - after all, there's no World-Residents, just Eraqus and themselves, and whoever happens to pop in for a visit. Seeing as how they use Armor and Keyblade Gliders to go between Worlds, they were all found and taken to LoD, one way or another.

But is this even a topic anymore? Every single orginization member has those type of boots so it isn't really an exclusive trait to the Xehanort Brothers.
