What is there to tell, Jaakuna has a bit of a skinny figure. He's built for combat, sure; but he doesn't really have a lot of muscle. He has very fair skin, and as far as his hair and eyes are concerned, they are blonde and light blue respectively.Jaakuna's hair usually hangs freely in the air. It comes down to the bottom of his neck. He doesn't have pimples or anything of the sort. However, for reasons unknown, Jaakuna does have a scar on the back of his neck.
Non-mission clothes

Jaakuna chooses a simple attire. Jaakuna wears a white V-neck that is topped with a red jacket. He wears black pants and a mildly-dark red pair of shoes. His ninja tools pouch is located on the back where it is connected by a belt-like object that not only holds that in place, but it also holds Jaakuna's pants up and not on the ground.


Whilst on missions, Jaakuna really doesn't wear the most extravagant get up. He wears a full-body armor underneath that will include some parts of a light iron material and others light chainmail. Over that, he wears a pair of some black pants, but not the leather or jean type. He wears some nice traveling shoes that are black. A black shirt that covers one arm and that part is light tan. On his left arm, the uncovered one, he wears a black wristband that goes up to his elbow. Along the upper parts of his arm, Jaakuna wears some muscle bands, and there is also one on his right arm. Lastly, a pale-red scarf over his neck that not only covers the bottom half of his face, but it also covers his scar that he is very sensitive about revealing.

Personality:

If it wasn't for Jaakuna's "risk for a reward" mindset, he'd probably be dead. Though, that whole mindset really doesn't help him much if he's always rushing into things that he really shouldn't be. He never thinks about things twice, and that's always the downfall of his missions and most of his day-to-day activities. He's a rebel when it comes to teachers. There isn't really anything that makes Jaakuna want to listen to the teachers. But, when it all comes down to it, Jaakuna is a good kid. He may mess up a lot, but he's good at heart, and when his friends are in trouble or need something, he hesitates not even for a second to help them. That's probably why he's how he is.

Kotokaton(Surging Fire Release)

Surging Fire is a special release that Jaakuna along with his entire clan know exclusively. It is the notion of taking lightning and fire chakra to such lengths of combining their properties, and molding it into something wonderfully exciting and powerful. It calls upon the skies for the lightning asset and the air for the fire aspect. By it being fused with on another, the fire and lightning chakra natures are not either, but something new. Attacks that go along with this special kind of power induce shock as well as burning factors, and as such, they withhold both the strengths and weaknesses of the respective natures of Fire and Lightning.

Honochaji(Flame Charge)

Though a series of charges from inside and outside of the body, intense electricity manifests itself in such a way where, added to a coat of fire chakra that gathers around the hands, it is gathered within each hand, and sent off in a flurry of orbs that are coated with extra layers of the respective chakra natures. Furthermore, the extra coating adds a deep red-orange color with a static blue outline.


Buru-dendouhi-to(Blue Electric Heat)

Fire and Lightning chakra surround the arms, producing static electricity from the hairs, and an intense heat from the sweat from the arms. The intense heat is multiplied to an extent to where it attaches itself to the static gathered from the hairs to which it randomly strikes a twenty foot radius in singular, static shocks.. Faiasutomu Hoden(Firestorm Discharge)

A gathering of Fire chakra around the feet, a simple twirling of the body either clockwise or counter-clockwise creates a swirling motion of chakra that creates friction in the air that sparks up electricity, which induces a lightning element to the storm that is created by the user's twisting bodily motion. As the spinning continues, the intensity of the fire chakra increases, and the consistency of the electricity continues to a point where the user is surrounded in a literal firestorm that contains static electricity so much that it looks like a red-orange tornado with static going in and out of it.

Katon: Bokaheki(Fire Style: Fire Wall)

Large amounts of chakra is sent from the chakra points at the palms, and by a simple pounding on the ground with open palms, the chakra is sent through the ground to which it sends up a ten-foot wall of fire that spreads faster than it rises. (C-Rank, Defensive; Close-range)

Katon: Honoumi(Sea of Flames)

By harnessing fire chakra in both hands, Jaakuna a literal sea of fire is launched as it shoots it in a strait-forward fashion which begins to twirl upon release, and becomes one long stream of intense, red-hot fire that’s capable of burning through flesh and bone. The only downside of this is while the sea of flames is being fired, the user is temporary open to any attacks for only a short amount of time.(Mid-to long-range, B-rank)

Raiton: Reimi no Jutsu(Thunderclap Jutsu)

Small doses of chakra are gathered around both hands, and by leaning forward, the user not only provides a large-sounding clap, but also due to the chakra around the hands, it sends not only medium-sounding vibrations through the air, but also small discharges through every wavelength of the vibrations. Raiton: Dendo no bushin Jutsu(Lightning Style: Electric Clone Jutsu)

A simple jutsu in which the user gathered chakra into their hands and creates a clone of themselves, but it is made out of lightning chakra. When it's destroyed via physical contact, the clone sends a small charge of electricity to the opponent.

Forbidden Jutsu

Hinokami no idaina arashi (Great Storm of Fire God)

An extension of the Hinoko KG that only Jaakuna knows. He is quite proficient at the Kotokaton, and this forbidden jutsu is the embodiment of that. You see, it takes the whole essence of Kotokaton, and by implementing every chakra point to release both Lightning and Fire natures. As the two natures converge, they strike up to the sky, piercing the heavens. While the Lightning nature conjures up a thunderstorm, the fire nature enhances the storm to the point where lightning strikes down at Jaakuna with the power of fire surrounding it.

Upon striking down, not only does it give Jaakuna a five-feet radius of impenetrability, but it also gives him control of how and when the storm strikes. And as such, he is able to dictate when and where the storm will strike by his control of the storm elements themselves. This goes along with his Kekkai Genkai, so each lightning bolt, fire blast, lightning blast, fire bolt, and anything of the two related natures has a direct tie to his KG. However, the only flaw to this all is that after a good duration of time, it takes its toll on not only Jaakuna's physical well-being, but his chakra network becomes slightly damaged due to the intensity of this jutsu.

Weapon/s

Fukushudaga(Vengeful Dagger):
Twin daggers that are the only weapons that Jaakuna carries. They could be classified as Short Swords, but Jaakuna likes to think of them as daggers, and so they will rightfully be. They are no more than sixteen inches long with the weight being no more than three pounds. They bare red and black as its colors with the hilt and blade being black, and the patterns throughout are of red.

Kunai Knives: One of the most common of Ninja Tools in the ninja world. The ones that Jaakuna carries around with him are just like the regular Kunai, but the hilt has a red color to it.

Shiriken Stars: Again, one of the most common ninja tools out there. The kind that Jaakuna carries with him are a five-pointed design unlike the usual four-pointed design usually seen used by Shinobi.

Explosive Tags: These special tags are scripted with a special seal that, when activated, it explodes, and it's results are in a short radius.

Advanced Chakra Control:
If there's one thing that Jaakuna has over his fellow genin, it's that he has a more advanced grasp of chakra control. It's true that Jaakuna is able to control and manipulate his chakra, but it only goes as far as his own body will allow it. He's only twelve after all, so it's severely limited to what he is physically able to do. However, it's not to take away that he is proficient at Chakra Control, thus being advanced in this skill.

Fire and Lightning Chakra Manipulation:
Due to the bloodline of the Hinoko bloodline, Jaakuna has the skill of manipulating fire and lightning chakra as it is his two chakra natures. It just so happens this goes along with his chakra control, and as such, he is able to proficiently manipulate both natures like a boss.

History:

Having been born into the Hinoko clan, Jaakuna was brought into a clan of crazy idiots who don't know left or right even if it was right in front of them or if it was left in plain view. This is not an understatement, either. His entire clan is full of pranksters, hot-headed, idiotic morons with a fuse of an already-lit bomb. Yup, imagine that within a child's brain? Yeah, now you understand how much fun Jaakuna is, and how much fun he had growing up.

In his days of the Academy, Jaakuna wasn't really the star-pupil. He barely was able to pass and make it as a genin. He never could understand why the teachers got so mad at him for pulling pranks. They never understood why he made their job so hard. It was a fair trade, no? Even up to the current days, Jaakuna has trouble understanding some things in the village, but he just shrugs it off, and moves on. Plus, he heard he was gonna be in a badass squad, so why not love that, right?

Average heighted, Shion stands at around maybe five feet and some inches, and weighs at about one hundred twenty pounds. Her skin is normally fair, but through excessive time outside has more color to it. Her round eyes are a mix of gray and blue with long eyelashes, and she has a small nose that is close to her lips. Her heart shaped face gives her a youthful appearance and she has a slender body. Her hair is a light brown with a hint of that reddish blonde, and is a mess of bangs on her forehead and has a lot of hair framing her face in layers; the rest of her hair is kept up in a high off the side ponytail kept together by a pink ribbon decorated with daisies.

Shion wears a rather revealing outfit; she wears a pink and white top belly top with matching shorts, gloves that end below her elbows, and thigh high stockings matched with white knee high boots. She wears a well made and well loved scarf around her neck that trails behind her wherever she goes. Her medical pouch is small and worn on her hip, and her tools are strapped to her left thigh.​

Personality:

Shion is known to be friendly and charismatic, and to be quite the motomouth. She likes goofing around and gets easily excited and just wants everything to be all sugar and sunshine and rainbows. She takes it upon herself to provide an example to the younger generation of being a shinobi of Konohagakure, and wants to become an ‘Onee-sama’ to them. While she tries to act graceful, most of the time she’ll give up and just be herself. She will never be one to fight with anyone intentionally, though her bluntness will have her come off as rude.

During missions, she keeps her upbeat attitude, even in the face of the enemy. She is extremely careful and observative, choosing to counter before attacking first. Her heightened senses allow her to react quickly to any given situation, and give her a bit of insight to the enemy’s moves. Her proficiency in her medical jutsu also gives her the slightest ego, and she will brag to anyone who’ll listen.

On the inside, Shion is constantly remembering that she fights to create a future for the next generation, including her little sisters. She believes strongly in that tomorrow will always be better, and refuses to give up no matter what. Her belief that the younger shinobi will change the corrupted world they live in is intense, but only because she believes in them.​

--This Kekkei Genkai of the Komachi clan has two abilities:
1.) The first ability is one that most shinobi of the Komachi clan are born with; they are naturally sensitive to surrounding chakra of living things. This ability works to the advantage of sensor shinobi, as they “feel” the chakra around them. Shion’s range is considered above average, and she is currently working to extend it.
2.) The second ability gives the user a natural control over their own chakra; because of this, many of the Komachi clan are medic-nin and most work in the Konoha Hospital.​

Kekkei Genkai Jutsu:

Seishou Teiku
--The one and only jutsu coming from the Komachi clan’s Kekkei Genkai is Seishou Teiku; this jutsu opens every tenketsu (chakra point) in the body, and promptly absorbs any source of chakra. Normally, one would use this technique on a near-dying shinobi, absorbing their life chakra and promptly ending their life. However, it is also possible to use this in mid battle, absorbing the chakra that the enemy exerts when attacking. Still, certain attacks can end up causing more damage, as well as the risk of absorbing the chakra of teammates, so this technique is an absolute last resort, and can only be used once every other day; it takes an entire day to close the tenketsu naturally, which also makes the skin extra sensitive to chakra and attacks.​

Despite this, the outcome of this is incredible, giving the user enough strength to easily make gigantic craters or kill opponents with single strikes.

• --This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Shion is well known for being one of the best healers in Konohagakure, as she has reached the point where she can heal even fatal wounds.

• --Chakra is kneaded within the body and then changed into special chemical substances which is then ejected through the mouth. When this substance comes in contact with the air outside the body, it instantly changes and is transformed into a mist of deadly poison. The poison's ability to kill is tremendous, as even just breathing in a small amount will instantly poison them.

• --A medical ninjutsu where one anticipates the spot the enemy will attack and pre-emptively applies medical treatment to it, reducing damage to a minimum. Using opponent's facial expression and movements, the technique's speed and power, the user analyses everything in an instant and accurately deduces where the attack will land.

• --By exerting chakra from the palms of her hands, Shion spins around, picking up wind as she does. • —By forming a wall of wind and slamming it into the opponent, Shion follows this up in quick succession with many swipes of Taiyo no Hikari, creating a literal hurricane of chakra blades flown towards the enemy. More of a wall of blades, but hurricane sounds much cooler in her opinion.

• --Using Kanae Mimoto, Shion concentrates her chakra into the bell, and gives it a simple flick; it emits a high C Sharp heard only by her allies, and releases a good amount of chakra to each ally and restores any flesh wounds, as well as giving a chakra charge and temporary strength boost.

Ankyo Chikara
--Unlocking the true potential of Kanae Mimoto, Shion releases the seal from the bell, thus enabling her to use the chakra embedded within the bell. The amount of chakra is ridiculous, so much that there are few outside the Komachi Clan whose body would be able to handle it. However, once the chakra the bell gave has been used, the bell begins to take back chakra from whatever it can without regards to the user. Shion knows how to put the seal back so that it doesn’t drain her chakra, however, the seal weakens with time and she must find a way to ‘recharge’ the bell.

Ika Ruikei
Simply described as an explosion of chakra. In a sense, it turns the user into a bomb, releasing every ounce of chakra within their body. The downside to this is quite obvious, and many consider it suicide because if the attack doesn’t work, the user is most likely to be cut down by the enemy. Still, the chakra bomb is immensely powerful and has a ridiculous range, so there’s the risk of hurting everyone, friend and foe alike, but in return can easily eliminate anything.​

Weapon/s

• 1.) Exploding Tags
• --Scraps of paper inscribed with a special writing, centering around the kanji for "explode". Infused with chakra, they will explode after a set amount of time, remotely, or after being ignited by flame. The tags can be attached to a surface or wrapped around a weapon to be thrown at an enemy. They are very versatile and one of the basic ninja tools. Ninja can confuse their enemies by obtaining fake exploding tags.
  
• 2.) Senbon
• --Metal needles with a point at both ends. They often serve a medical purpose, being used to strike acupuncture points. They have little killing power, but can be thrown with great accuracy. A user with proper medical knowledge can effectively use Senbon in battle to incapacitate or even kill their target. An added benefit of throwing these at the enemy is that these are smaller than a kunai or a shuriken, making it harder to see and dodge.
  
• 3.) Military Rations Pill
• --Special pills that replenish one's stamina and chakra and nourish the body. It's made up of powerful stimulants and nutrients, said to allow the user to keep fighting for three days and three nights without rest.
  
• 4.) Taiyo no Hikari (“Light of the Sun”)
• --A bladeless hilt, decorated with gold and green ribbons wrapped around it. By using her chakra to mold its blade, Shion can use this offensively of defensively; on the offensive, she uses it to cut through her opponents internally. On the defensive, she uses this as a substitute for the Chakra Scalpel to make quick surgeries even in the midst of battle. Because she uses her chakra to mold the blade, she can control the length, width, and size of the blade. Shion is often reliant on this as her main weapon.
  
• 5.) Kanae Mimoto (“Past Bell”)
• --A small, transparent bell embedded with chakra of ages past. It is empty and makes no sound.

Skills:
Heightened Sensory – Shion is even more in tune with Chakra then the rest of her clan, making her the ideal sensor. Her range is astounding, and it takes much effort to hide from her. She can correctly distinguish chakra between living things and identify them.

History:
-Early Childhood + Academy Background
---Born to Reika and Yuri Komachi as their first daughter, little Shion was a ditz. Constantly knocking things over, bumping into people—the poor thing couldn’t walk through a room without breaking anything. She was also extremely sensitive to chakra, and defined herself as ‘being one with the world’. An oddball in social settings, she was very lonely, but whoever did manage to put up with her she valued dearly.
After gaining a sister, the two were much for the parents to handle—Sumire loved to poke her nose everywhere and Shion was still Shion. Still, when Shion expressed her desire to become a kunoichi, both parents became concerned. Still, she enrolled in the Academy and many people feared she would demolish the school within a week. To everyone’s surprise, it was here where her clumsiness was resolved; all the chakra she would sense knocked her regular senses around, so once she learned to control it, she was clumsy no more.
Shion was, alas, a poor student; on the lazy side, she would often skip and go playing elsewhere, but nonetheless made it to Genin, somehow. Once Sayuri was born, Shion decided to step her game up, and to do that she wanted to climb the ranks. The very first time she entered the Chunin Exams with her team, they never made it past the Forest of Death because they never did get the other scroll. This bothered her, in a way. It was so frustrating to know where other people were, but she just didn’t have the power to take them on. Swearing to her teammates that she wouldn’t fail them again, she put herself into a rigorous training regime in order to become stronger.
The next time the Chunin Exams rolled around, her effort was rewarded—even claiming third place for her own. While she didn’t get the title of Chunin just yet, she had caught the attention of Konoha. It was then that Her father presented her with Kanae Mimoto and Taiyo no Hikari, and he simply said,
“Give it your best and you will be rewarded.”
And she was.
After some time she noted that while she liked fighting, she knew her talents were elsewhere, in espionage and sensoring. Shifting her training to focus more on that, she was sent on many solo missions as a spy for the enemy and risked her life day to day. Still, she liked it because she was good at it, so why be scared when you know you can do it?

Personality: Goofy, Happy-go lucky, and Confident are the best words to describe Arashi. He likes to live life to fullest and that means everyday. Very easygoing and friendly, that is sometimes used against him. Though Arashi can get mad pretty easily when things aren't goin his way, causing him to become very reckless. One last thing is Arashi has no problem killing so, it's not good to be on his bad side.

Tarnaic Embodiment: Much like the typical forces that stem chakra flow in any being whom manipulates chakra to create jutsu or manifest other forms of energy for support; Arashi is linked to a sentient force of the Tarnaic that only those with Raito blood can inherit.

This bond draws out chakratic substance into Arashi and acts as a symbiotic supplement to his chakra source which fuses his chakra with heavy yang properties to distance chakra in his system and give it more physical nature. When those would try to sap his chakra they are unable to purity it and become subject to a corrosive effect after absorption which continues to disintegrate their own chakra and depending on how much was absorbed; can also effect organs. Arashi has the intuitive ability to use his poisonous chakra like a weapon. He can instill the chakra into any weapon that he wields. The weapon is then imbued with his chakra thus any mid-deep cut or stab will cause the chakra to flow into the enemies body, disintegrating his chakra, affecting organs depending the cut or stab while also being able to dull the senses.

Burakkurai- This is a special genetic trait passed down through the Raito clan. The users have dark purple eyes with a black pupil. When the Burakkurai is activated it is characterized by the eyes turning pitch black with no iris, or pupil.

When the Burakkurai is activated the user can detect the slightest movement from right next to them, to a radius of about 400 meters. The Burakkurai also gives the user the ability to see through basically any matter over extremely long distances. This seems to be a combination of x-ray and thermographic vision.

It also grants Arashi incredible clarity of perception, allowing him to track fast-moving objects with great clarity and even predict the subsequent movements of those objects. This perception also is great enough to see through genjutsu and has the ability to observe the movement and flow of chakra, but not to the same extent or clarity as a Kekkei Genkai such as the Byakugan. Additionally, the Burakkurai grants the user exceptional analytical powers, allowing them to instinctively pick up on various visual clues with little difficulty

As of late, Arashi’s burakkurai has been able to see the spiritual aspects of chakra. He can see the ways it’s manipulated through the Tenga-ryu sword style. When looking at people, he can see the spiritual chakra rising from them and can even pinpoint someone or deduce clones through the usage.

Kekkei Genkai Jutsu:

Yūsō Tenga-ryu(Majestic Tenga-ryu)- Arashi uses his Burakkuai to further enhance his use of spirit energy within the Tenga-ryu by breaking down the flow to and from himself and his weapon. Use of the Burakkuai to do this while simultaneously wielding a blade allows for increased flow in his strikes and a vibrating effect of the blade that gives extra force when uses against other weapons as it causes the disruption of ninja's psyche from coming in contact with Arashi's weapon. This infusion of spirit force is an opening for attacks as genjutsu can be cast over strikes; for instance using a slash that looks as if Arashi's blade has transformed into a demon as it moves and so on. There is also an added blade sequence during attacks with Arashi's sword as he uses the blade to make extensions of his own spiritual energy while using the blade, making long ranged strikes possible. (No-rank, Kenjutsu/Kekkei Genkai)

Beserk Beast - The flow of spiritual chakra runs across the edge of Arashi’s blade like normally except Arashi compacts a large quantity. He slashes one time causing the chakra to trail outward with a genjutsu cast over it. The slash takes form of a large wolf head attempting to devour it’s target. A large howl emanates from the slash before it crashes against it’s intended victim. Unlike a usual strike, the chakra contains many smaller slashes that lacerate the body like a lion’s teeth with another force to knock a man back a few feet.

Raising Pheonix - Chakra is ignited around the blade, taking the nature of water as it drips from the tip. Arashi will horizontally slash first, initiating the kenjutstu. Whirling around at a furious speed, the blade will continue to strike the opponent with concentrated chakra. As he whirls, both him and his opponent will begin to raise of the ground until they are seven feet of the ground. Arashi will then thrust forward with a torrent of high pressure water roaring from the blade.

Jutsu:

Burst Sphere (Hekitama) - Arashi’s favorite jutsu to date, he learned this during learning how to manipulate pure chakra better. He starts by focusing his chakra upon a single point in his hand until it takes form in his hand. Taking his other hand, he will begin to swirl the chakra around, controlling and fine tuning the chakra until it becomes self sustaining, taking the spherical shape of a baseball. Once this is done, Arashi will rush the opponent and the compacted nature and moving speed of the chakra allows the Burst Sphere to grind into whatever it comes in contact with, inflicting major damage and damaging nerves. The force from the chakra will explode, blowing away any hit by the jutsu.

Adapt at nature transformation, Arashi can use a clone to endow his nature within the Burst Sphere. Using a clone, it will invoke the fire chakra within the burst sphere. Fire chakra swirls around the inside of the sphere until it’s control is stabilized by the clone. Once the sphere makes contact then it will burn into the skin and exploding into a torrent of flames.

Garyuu(Dragon Fang)- A low stage technique of the Tenga-ryu that uses a quick flow of spirited chakra through the blade. The blade is held upwards towards the chest for a few seconds, as chakra and the release is made, and slowly drawn back behind a user where the chakra is in a sense ignited, and the charge is completed. With a swift swing of the blade towards the ground, a near invisible wave of chakra fire from the blade in a straight line. The force of the wave is enough to knock a man off his feet, breaking bone but, unless Arashi is focused then that attack will act a stun blast.

Saisho no Rapuchā(Initial Rapture) - Chakra ripples from Arashi's feet which upon contact causes a strong to rush through the body. The vibration is enough to stun and stop chakra forming of any kind while it's active. The chakra then ignites and explodes lifting both Arashi and the victim. Two diagnol slash ar administered before the spiritual chakra follows up with a strong pressure that sends the enemy head first into the ground for big damage or a follow up attack.

One Inch Punch - Stopping his fist only an inch away from the fist or chest, Arashi loosens all his muscles within his arm. Punching forward, his other comes back, acting like a pulley which is the same technique taught in Hard Fist style. Upon connection of the fist to body/fist, Arashi tightens his muscles increasing the overall of the technique by a tenfold. Because of the force unleashed, it feels as though the attack went through several more times.

Forbidden Jutsu

Falcon Cross - Using the very principle of chakra control and Tenga-Ryu, Arashi has created one of his most devastating technique. Spiritual Chakra is controlled and channeled through his arm into his sword and then inverted. Using his burrakurai to pinpoint his target and think of the perfect plan, Arashi will make his move. He will two slices going horizontal and then vertical with the vertical literally lifting him off the ground from the force of the chakra trailing off the blade. With spiritual chakra, the slices already deal high damage to the physical and internal but, the chakra will expel outward like a shotgun. The chakra will literally implode on it's target before exploding with such force that it eradicates not only the victim but, the area around the attack. If the attack is focused then the damage is increased and will only destroy the target intended.

Weapon/s

Kotaro- Kotaro is a very particular wakazashi. Its designed to be able to cut through almost everything. With a solid crystal made from pure chakra fused into the handle of the weapon, the chakra has a constant, never ending flow into the weapon. Sadly, though, the crystal's findings have been forever lost, and cannot be utilized in any way other than for the weapons content. The blade was created decades ago, by a weapon smith looking to create the perfect ninja tool. This tool, came in the form of a Wakazashi, in which, he designed to never dull. Reinforced with the chakra from the crystal melded into the steel of the weapons handle, the Kotaro was able to cut through even the thickest of armor, and still keep its perfect sharpness.

The Kotaro, as said, is a wakazashi that cannot dull, and due to its chakra infusion, it is very hard to break. The chakra that was infused and flows through the blade that causes a trail of light green light to follow the blade.

Skills:

Chakra Chains - A skill inherited from his mother Kushina and a highly impressive skill at that. Arashi can mold his chakra into five chains that can appear from his back, or hands. These
chains substance are highly durable and taking from his water nature, the chains can reform instantly if they are broken. His fire nature is also apparent as the chain can burn or sear those that it touches. The ends of the chains have kunai shaped blades that are very sharp and can puncture multiple people with one thrust.

His chain have also inherited his mother’s ability to create a barrier with them. These barriers induce a special seal known as a Fortitude Fuinjutsu. This barrier is very strong, able to survive various jutsu and attack but, Arashi cannot move while erecting the barrier and it eats his chakra. It is made aware that using the knowledge that his mother taught him, Arashi can use fuinjutsu through the chains as a medium.

Pinpoint Speed - Learning from his biological father, Arashi can emit chakra to specific points within the area. This chakra is tethered to him and allows him to pull himself to that specific location. The speed at which he pulls himself is intense and gives off an appearance that he is warping to that location but, in actuality he is still moving physically. The draw of thee whiplash effect is stabilized by expunging chakra upon destination which doesnt impact his movement.

History: Arashi was born to a scrupulous relationship between Kushina Uzumaki and Daaku Raito that was never mentioned to Minato till the child was ten. Minato was quick to begin teaching his son to one day master the rasengan. During that time, Arashi became highly close to his younger brother Naruto. They trained, ate, and did just about everything together with Naruto always aspiring to surpass Arashi. Also during these years, Kushina began teaching Arashi about Fuinjutsu and all about the nearly extinct Uzumaki clan.

Around age ten, Arashi was introduced to Daaku and his younger sister Ayumi, who he became close with quite fast. That revelation brought a battle between Daaku and Minato which no one to this day know the victor of but, the battle itself was known to be chaos. Arashi wasn't too hurt by the news but, instead looked at it as a blessing for now he had two fathers that cared deeply about him. From then on the boy began to learn from both men, Daaku moreso due to Minato's responsibilities as the Fourth Hokage.

Arashi's first chunnin exam came at age 13. He made it all the way to the Forest of Death but, was taken out by a rival group from Iwagakure. It was a big blow but, Arashi was stronger because of it. Also during that year, he actually began hanging with a kid named Rayex. Not many would know it but, they were close friends and a nice counter to the other. The following year, Arashi skipped his second year for Naruto's sake so that they could achieve Chunnin together or take eachother out. A year of training has prepared Arashi and nothing hopes to stand in his way.

Miscellaneous:

Kushina has taught Arashi about fuinjutsu and the seals that the Uzumaki possessed before death.

Being an Uzumaki, Arashi was born with a indomitable will, incredible longevity, and life force.

Arashi has garnered renown for being the oldest genin, being able to utilize advanced chakra control at a young age, and beating Neji in combat.

Appearance:
The young child stands at a height of 5’1”, which is about average for a 12 year old. He has brown hair that seems to lighten under the sun, and which is not too long, but subtly unkempt. He has a sharp face, with eyes that seem stern, with his thin eyelashes giving such an effect. His body is toned and not even close to being “muscular” which would appear to be abnormal for a child.

Tezuka wears a fitted, semi-high collared, long sleeved brown jacket, and the length extends to his mid-thigh. Beneath this jacket, he wears a regular short-sleeved gray shirt. A black bandana marked with the village’s insignia is wrapped around his head, also to act as a blindfold when he unleashes his Gyakagegan. He also dons black pants, semi-tight allowing him swift and flexible leg movements. He finishes with simple black ninja sandals.

Personality:
Tezuka is a gentle child that tends to be a bit outgoing at times. He particularly enjoys the company of others, but yet acts guarded in fear of giving off bad impressions. From the training he underwent as a young child, he is very ambitious in achieving his goals. Failure and unsatisfactory are two words he despises, and endeavors to always meet the bar. However, if the group he is in fails to meet an objective, he keeps his emotions sealed to prevent negative reactions from exploding.

Gyakagegan: Inverse Shade Eye – “To become darkness, one must embrace the darkness.”
Activating this kekkei genkai causes the eyes to darken into a pitch black. This trait was originally a self-sealing technique, but heavy, constant use caused evolution into a permanent bloodline; however, this inflicts the user with blindness when activated. Unlike other bloodlines that grant enhanced sight or senses, this trait conceals the user’s presence entirely. Fundamentally, it is as if he were never there. Even the most subtle sounds, scent, internal chakra network, internal bodily network, and spiritual energy are all silenced and sealed from external senses and awareness. Only his outside, physical layer is subject to detection.

Hishōfūinjutsu: Soaring Sealing Technique
The Soaring Sealing Technique is a higher form of sealing techniques that is part of the Kagenami’s kekkei genkai. These jutsus do not require seals to be written on some form of a material medium; instead, the user releases a spherical projectile of chakra that casts the seals. Chakra is used as “ink”, which immediately forms into the seal on contact. The spheres are typically seven inches in diameter, with the seal’s character within the middle in a darker blue.

Hishōfūinjutsu: Sealing Sense Absorption (No-Rank, Sealing, Supplementary, All-Ranges) – As the kekkei genkai banishes sight, this technique is used to gain “true” information as sight can often be deceiving. Used for reconnaissance or surveillance, the user will seal the ground through the feet. The seal will absorb all of the minute vibrations within the area, allowing the user to visualize objects, chakra, movement, and internal networks. Remaining stationary allows the user to “feel” a maximum of 400 meters radius; in combat, area of sensitivity falls to 10 meters for constant use. Furthermore, the user can use this technique as Hishōfūinjutsu. The sphere will harmlessly explode, and invisibly shell a maximum area of 100 meters radius; the user must remain in the explosion to receive the vibrations. Information is gathered for as long as chakra is depleted, but in combat, it intakes instantly.

Hishōfūinjutsu: Sealing Sense Disruption (No-Rank, Sealing, Offensively, Supplementary, All-Ranges) – A Hishōfūinjutsu that releases the seal into the air, in which the orb will harmlessly explode and invisibly envelope a maximum area of 100 meters in radius. Unlike the brother technique that absorbs information, this jutsu sends out disruptive vibrations cause confusion, hinder the enemy’s senses and ability to detect chakra. In combat, the blast is 3-5m radius, only to cause confusion. Picture trying to perceive a mouse but all you “sense” is white noise. The disruption itself is immediate, but the fact that this technique can be used unexpectedly causes difficulty for the enemy to regain focus.

Hishōfūinjutsu: Sealing Void Voyage Technique (No-Rank, Sealing, Defensively, Supplementary, All-Ranges) – The clan’s signature technique that incorporates both defensive and supplementary aspects. It allows the user to mark objects or people and instantaneously teleport to that mark, regardless of distance. Unlike other summoning or reverse-summoning techniques, this jutsu does not emit smoke. Furthermore, instead of teleporting himself, the user can mark a location and transport objects inflicted with the second mark to the former. The latter is used to help allies escape or return from far distances. Chakra consumption depends on distance and mass of the object, which is generally very consuming; thus, a last resort jutsu.

Fuinjutsu: Sealing Fist (No-Rank, Offensive, Short-Range) – A form of close combat technique that attacks the opponent’s chakra network, mainly the stronger points, and the nervous system simultaneously. The user’s palms are engraved with seals and directly landing an attack will cause such seals to sticker on the opponent. When the seals are attached, the technique disarranges inflowing chakra, becoming essentially useless, and the nerves are sealed off from communicating with the brain. Although the seals are easily to break, by bursting chakra, this technique is mainly used to slow down opponents. However, successive hits can amount to greater effects, such as a longer time of rechanneling chakra.

Fuinjutsu: Sealing Break (No-Rank, Defensive, Short-Range) – This technique can shatter genjutsu, halting the flow of chakra within the user’s own body or an ally’s body. The user will touch the forehead and implant a seal, canceling the genjutsu. This technique can also pair with the Sealing Fist; force stopping the subject’s flow of chakra to eliminate stronger genjutsu, such as the Tsukuyomi. The focus and chakra consumption is quite high to use this jutsu and can only be used up to three times a day.

Jikūkan Ninjutsu: Space-Time Barrier (No-Rank, Defensive, All-Ranges) – This technique requires a seal to activate in order to spawn a barrier that will suck away incoming attacks. The seal can teleport any attack; often a larger barrier will require a more complicated seal. Teleported attacks are redirected by the user, either into space or another exit point. This jutsu is extremely taxing and Tezuka will only use this jutsu if escape is inevitable or under irregular circumstances.

Jikūkan Ninjutsu: Summoning Technique (No-Rank, Offensive, Defensive, Supplementary, Short-Range) – A summoning technique that allows the user to transport entities the user has a blood contract with. Tezuka personally made contracts with falcons.

Raiton: Lightning-Flash Release Shadow Clone (No-Rank, Offensive, Supplementary, Mid-Range) – A cloning technique that infuses lightning chakra into the duplicates. The clones are able to interact with the environment and relay information back into the original user. However, since these are clones, they can only sustain a certain number of blows, depending on chakra. Upon destruction, they will explode into a flash of light, momentarily blinding any enemies nearby.

Lightning Gale Orb (A-Rank, Offensive, Lightning&Wind, Short-Range)
Tezuka’s self made jutsu that regards more towards speed for assassinations. Rapidly channeling large amounts of both lightning and wind chakra, both elements will form into a deep yellow orb. The cutting powers from both the two elements allow the technique to surge through most materials, especially armor and flesh. However, since this technique requires high focus and control, Tezuka can only maintain the orb for a few seconds. Despite the jutsu being an assassination technique, it emits a high-pitched screech that can be quite deafening.

Forbidden Jutsu
Hishōfūinjutsu: Black Void Sealing Technique – Not Available
The forbidden sealing technique creates a spherical pseudo-black hole that immediately swallows everything within a radius of 30 meters. Forming a string of hand signs to craft a complicated seal and activating the seal unleashes 26 ink-like chains that disperse outwards. The chains act as mediums to immediately trap and seal all movements and chakra; seals cannot be used to teleport outside the range. As soon as the chains disperse, the sphere instantaneously implodes upon itself that crushes everything within upon itself. This jutsu requires a tremendous amount of chakra, often leaving the user in fatigue. Due to its nature, Tezuka has not reached the point of being able to start using this jutsu.

Weapon/s
Haehasu – Sprouting Lotus
A slightly longer, but thinner double-edged kunai with a hallowed inside that responds to channeled chakra. Infusing chakra into the weapon instantly forms a thin crimson blade of lightning. The blade, due to its lightning cutting properties, can cut and sheer through hardened substances. As chakra drives the weapon, the blade can extend and retract at high speeds to impale the enemy with a maximum distance of 75 meters. This weapon is mainly used for melee and sniping purposes.

Skills:
Advanced Chakra Manipulation – Tezuka has a higher degree of control over his chakra. His chakra network flows smoothly when forming jutsus, being able to create them quickly with fewer faults. Through this, he was able to create his Lightning Gale Orb technique.

Exalted Senses – By training through his Gyakagegan and the Sealing Sense Absorption technique, Tezuka was able to heighten his other senses (smell, hearing, touch, taste, charka sensory) and his reactions. This becomes incredibly useful when under the Gyakagegan.

History:
Tezuka was born in konahagakure and lived much of his life inside the village. Despite this, he lived mostly reclusively as it was the clan’s way of living amongst the shadows, training to become an adept assassin. However, he longed to live in the light, socializing and forming friendships with others. He would sneak out of his trainings to interact with others, which then led to the strained relationship with his uncle, his caretaker; his parents and older brother are deemed missing.

The academy was sort of a paradise for the child. He was surrounded by other adolescents and he enjoyed their company. Although the other children socialized outside of the academy, in which Tezuka was restricted to do, he still cherishes the bonds and relationships nonetheless. He also does well in his classes, due to his outside training, and is very intelligent. The child is very excited for the exams, hoping to be even more recognized by his fellow peers.

The only remnant of his parents is a sealed scroll, which Tezuka and the rest of the clan failed to break. It is said to contain advanced Hishōfūinjutsus and the higher form of the Gyakagegan.

Miscellaneous:
Dubbed as the “Lighthouse” for his sensory skills in aiding other ninjas, contrary to the blindness he is inflicted with from his kekkei genkai.

The Kagenami Clan – There are always shadowy ripples under the sun.
The clan was one of the branch families of the Uzumaki clan that specialized in assassinations. Originating from Uzushiogakure, the Kagenami clan was able to flee the genocide and hide in other villages. The clan made a living contracting assassinations, although much of their methods were hidden from the outside world. However, the growing fear of being exposed caused much of its members to leave the family; but those that left were eliminated to keep the secrets concealed.

I'm really not at all saying that such techniques are impossible nor improbable but damn, maybe you plan to post some outrageous strain and so on using such techniques with that kind of physical body. lol we'll see what happens, you never post anyway.
