I'll go with One Piece though, because I like One Piece better. It has a much deeper and complex storyline and keeps me entertained longer.

The person means who would win a fight! I say naruto because you can preform special techniques like summoning and a weapon storm thing, set up traps, and copy appearance. Even though I said this I still like one piece

the only power one peice has that i know of is that the main guy can stretch, but the partial mlti size tequnique is better then streching

i think One piece is better(i watch the subbs and look at the raws) cuz the F***ing dubbed voices and the storyline is more messed up because of
Al Kanh also they took all the action and the great bloody fights out
but the dubbed Naruto is somewhat ok but i like the jap Naruto much better i still choose One Piece in jap a whole lot more

Weapon Storm Thing= Nami (her weather pole weapon thingy)
Summoning= no one i can think of
Set up Traps= Usopp
Copy Appearance= Bon Clay (mr 2)

the only real advantage in a fight between the characters you listed was summoning

hmm...I'd have to say One Piece, as much as I like Naruto, simply because of the magnitude of kewl characters...like captain Koro...ah, he's so awesome...luufy only won because of a cheap trick, captain Koro fights on skill alone!
