08? They will probalbly show the 12 episodes in the middle of this year. Then they will show the movie later on.

Futurama, my favorite comedy show. I don't see why FOX canceled the series so shortly, there prob'ly would have been more episodes by now if they didn't. Alas, I can wait for new episodes. Nothin' wrong with patience, no? I just hope the new season of episodes are not just fillers, if you can even do that with Futurama.

We will see what happens when the time comes...

i heard matt groening isnt gonna mak new episodes!
and that he signed the contract for 4 futurama movies instead of new episodes.
he said something about getting to old so hes just gonna start the movies instead.
he even said ther thinking about cancelling the simpsons now too!

No. Prior to the show making its debut, Phil Hartman died, who was supposed to be providing the voice for Zapf Brannigan.

13 new episodes will air on Comedy Central in 2008, which is when Adult Swim's license for Futurama will expire.
