So anyways, we seem to have alot of questions regarding proxies now.

I'm not going to go in depth into this, and I hardly use them.
(I don't really have a need for them, anyways. )

This is a thread where you may post proxy sites.
(Any proxy server ip listed here *may and can* be banned from KHI itself.)

The proxy sites, such as 'http:\\atunnel.com ' or whatever, will not be removed.
The reason is because proxies aren't allowed here. It isn't a big problem if you are using a webproxy. (As they still forward your ip to whichever webservers you visit.) This means that if you are banned, then YOUR ip is banned, not atunnel.com's ip, which means that others may still use it.


One last thing, I will try to close previous proxy threads.

This is to cut back on so many topics of one subject. ^.^

also, ppl sometimes try to use proxies to get into myspace for example from a school computer.
or like my school, u cant even get into google images cuz is banned from the school's defense system...

No, proxy ips will be banned.

Not 'atunnel.com' but rather 127.0.0.1.. etc.
(127.0.0.1 is localhost, or loopback and cannot be banned.)

This is because they mask ips.
(Only if properly used.)

My school's security is pretty heavy as well. They block just about everything, making them useless if you are trying to do some research.

You guys got heavy securities at your school too huh? *sighs* I've had some proxy servers for trying to get into KHI [Yes KHI, i'd go to any lengths XD]

I tried EVERY proxy i know, including the ones listed, but at my school they have this damn software called "websense" that blocks EVERYTHING, proxies included. I cant do school projects because it blocks google images and any sites with certain keywords. It sucked because at the time I discovered the school computers have this, it was blocking a site I needed for my Medieval swords and Armor project >.>

I've come a cross a problem when using certain proxies, with the 'No Scripts' option, it has trouble displaying the html coding when selected, and when you do want to use scripts, it has trouble with cookies. Any advice of a quality Proxy? Or does this apply to all proxies?
