Probably Vexen or Xigbar.. The others, I`m not sure about.
It depends if Nomura wants to include them into the BBS storyline...I'm all for it though, but not all members would be inluded based upon how they eneterd the Oragnization, in my opinion. However, if they're in the storyline they won't be "defeated" because they're still around 10 years later (in Sora's prime).
Well we know that Xigbar (Braig) was certainly there, to what extent was he involved though? He said:

And I think Xehanort wil be on BBS too! because as we know, when xehanort became Ansem's apprentice he had no memories before Ansem found him, so that means he had a life before that! may be xehanort and master xehanort are the same or related or maybe he was friend of master xehanort and helped him in BBS, and as his heartless named himself as Ansem, maybe he named himself as master Xehanort =P i don't know haha
