It looks pretty good I guess. The text being behind Marluxia is bugging me, but it looks pretty good. Definitely much better than your last tag. V2 is the best.

Colors don't go with the stock is pretty much what I'm saying. Not digging the text either. I don't like how it's behind him.

The colours are a bit messy. It's like you used too much "HUE" on the tag. I suggest you use exclusion and a tiny bit of saturation, and see how that goes.
