When the Summer wind rushes past
I could be lost and alone
Each step could very well be my last...
But how will I find home?
The Autumn leaves crunch underneath
I could truly be on my own
A breeze like daggers or icy teeth...
But how will I find home?
The Winter snows set in for good
Ice coats all like glittering stone
Muffling all those sounds made in the wood...
But how will I find home?
A Spring flower blooms
I smell the peaty loam
Wolves howl at the moons...
But how will I find home?
Home is where my heart lies still,
It's beating strong and even.
With hope and help we find the will,
To once see each new season.

I'm not sure what is going on here, exactly, so I'll just post a few random things that I just thought of.
LDR inspired:
I'd travel 436 miles.
By car for 7 hours.
Spend $122 on a train.
To sit for 13 hours.
Or $304 on a plane.
To layover for 4 hours.
And then $200 on a cab.
For 2 hours.
For free hugs for 1 minute.
And something random, but true:
The best things in life are scarce.
Like open-minded people.
And this one is inspired by voice-acting:
It's just a drawing.
Or two.
Or a thousand.
But then it moves and talks.
Is it human?
Or is it humanity?

The cold air biting my skin.
Trees sway as the wind waltz,
gently, but course.
Heavy clouds swim above.
The living, oblivious in their slumber.
There, up high, a patch of light.
A godess reveals her face.
Showing her crescent lips,

Man! This is HARD. Are you the actual song itself? Or are you trying to say that you're IN the song as a part of it? Because "beat in time" could suggest tempo...
