In Finland we use potatoes like Chinese and Japanese rice and Italians pasta.
I hated them since our school potatoes are famous of being... well not the greatest quality.
I got fedup of them.

But when I went on a languege course to England, they didn't serve any potatoes (except french fries, but that doesn't count) so I started to miss them.
Now I love them :, D

But I prefer frech fries. And I hate smashed potatoes.
