Now this is how I think Xeghanort comes into being.

Fist off...agree with MX's Heart in Terra's body. This is on the separation problem to me

Ansem SoD

Now this is how I feel with this. Ansem SoD into Darkness just like MX. With this I you also see the physical simularites with Ansem SoD and MX. Also With skin color, gestures, hair color and his gestures.
Thats why Ansem SoD is who he was in KH1. Due to being from MX's heart.

Xemnas

Now we all can see the simularities in Xemnas and Terra's appearence. Thats because THAT was Terra's body! Now the only psycological connections i find are when Xemnas looks at Roxas while he's in his coma that he "lost you to sleep again". Now who do you now immedeatly think of when you see Roxas? (of course other than Sora) Ven! Also Xemnas seems to be more interested in Keyblades than hearts to me. and who was his Sombody? A Keyblade Wielder!

It is a good thought, but how could Terra be Xehanort the Apprentice. They were both alive at the same time in BBS.

I'd say he got his looks and nature from Xehanort...but then again, I'd say Xehanort got his looks and nature from MX, so it works, I guess.

Nope, Xehanort probably appeared at the end of BBS (since he was found when the keybladers disappeared).
