So, I always pronounced it as 'un-comef-tabl' and I noticed my English teacher pronounces it as 'un-com-for-tab-l'
What's the right way to pronounce it?

I've said it both of those ways depending on how fast I've spoken. Your teacher is saying it in a more correct way, or enunciating it more, but you're saying it in a way that I think generally gets used a lot too.

It's quite similar to german words that end on "en" like "Hausaufgaben". Most people just say "Hausaufgabn" without the e and its not considered wrong or anything. You just wouldnt write it like that.
