When it comes to releasing limited edition consoles, many companies get very lazy to bring it over seas. I know Nintendo did it with the DS and DS Lite simply because changing the language was just changing a battery pack. However, as soon as the DSi came out and you had to go into the system to change the language, they stopped. The same goes with the PSP, it depends on how lazy the company is to pay to go into the system and change the language format and all that stuff...apparently SE just doesn't want to spend the money...thats all, at least they are giving us decals, not the average postcard + poster combo.
