You mean "The Works" trophy
Sure I can help you get that, the easiest way to do it though is to throw a flash grenade at a fat man Majini aftewards running up and doing the combo. It also helps taking off Attack Reaction so that if your partner is too close to you when you try and pull off the move they won't get knocked down in the process which lessens the window to finish off the 3 hit combo.

Just go by that and you should get it in less than 5 minutes, I recommend doing this on 6-1 seeing as there are 3 Fat Man Majini here you can try it on before you have to retry; note that the 3rd strike has to kill the enemy otherwise it won't count, D-Assassin found that out the hard way :/

Unfortunatly as you know that I hit the wrong fat guy and of course it didn't count.
Bummer yes, but I can understand why I didn't get the trophy.

Actually if you're just going for the Works trophy it's easier to do it alone on a lower difficulty.
If you combo a Majini with the AI she'll automatically run up and double team, not so much with a player on the other end.

Now if you're referring to an actual playthrough, I'd recommend playing with a real person trust me on that.

Try shooting him too times in the head with the L. Hawk first then combo him.

Okay. Does a Flash Gernade actually do any damage cause if it does then how do I know if the L.Hawk isn't gonna kill him when I shoot him twice in the head?

Flash grenades don't do damage to anything other than the Parasites that sprout of the body and spiders

Shoot twice in the head first then throw the flash grenade.
