i was just thinking that every body looks older in khII then in kH, or CoM, except for roxas. and don't say that because he is a nobody he doesn't grow. I noticed a big difference between KHII namine' and CoM namine'. maybe if there somebody is alive they do grow, but then why doesn't roxas.

Namine is born under rather different circumstances. Besides, none of the other Nobodies have somebodies around at the same time. It kind of makes sense that the body would still age.
Or we could just chalk it up to the fact that they randomly made Namine taller to fit with the rest of the characters and that it really doesn't matter.

A Nobody, ordinarily, does not age. Nomura has said so.
Roxas would fall under this rule, except he doesn't even really apply at all. The reason for this is because, I think we'll all agree that Roxas takes on the image of a 15 year-old's body. In other words, Roxas took on the form of a 15 year-old boy coming from one that was only 14. So while he fits in the respect that he doesn't age, I would guess it's for entirely different reasons (Ven).
As for Namine, it may be that, as Raz said, her Somebody was still walking around, so her form reflected that age difference.

you guys don't notice roxas changing age? i think i do. To me, in kh 358/2 days scenes, Roxas looks a little chubby around the cheeks like Sora did in KH1 and when KH 2 comes along, he's more skinny in the face. Well... that's my opinion.

i think the transition from GBA to PS2 forces namine to look different. the graphics are just too different
Depends if you`re comparing Kh2 Namine to the GBA Nami, because I think the obvious reason for the appearance change is the dodgy graphics of the GBA. But if you`re referring to the re:com Namine then Raz`s explanation is the most likely one.
Don't use Namine to prove a rule wrong, because she is the exception. Normal nobodys don't age, end of story.

Can we simply blame the obvious change of character features and graphics between KH1 to KH2? Because while they obviously grew, when you compare SRK's faces to their future counterparts, I doubt puberty would change so much from wide, round, and disproportional 10 year olds, to actually looking like teenagers, despite that it's one year apart. Hell, when you compare Larxene's face in Re: CoM, to her Days render, or even KH2, and it's said she doesn't age, you have to wonder how her visual look got sharper.
On the other hand, I don't like the whole previous character graphics representing the younger SRK. Or Naminé. It makes it much more confusing, especially when you consider Roxas in the equation. It would have been better to simply keep it that they made the KH2 changes, and that's what they've always been. Just game graphics getting a well needed update and more realistic polygons.

They probably did not really put much priority. But Roxas was not supposed to age since he was a nobody.
They're referring to the development of the game there. Roxas doesn't actually grow or physically age in-game.
Yeah, I know he didn't change in-game; this is refering to the difference between early promo pictures and demos etc, like this picture, in which Roxas looks freakishly small...
It proves that they don't go 'well Roxas has to be exactly this many polygons high in comparison to everyone else' right from the get-go and stick to it.
I suppose it saves the Organization on new coats if none of them actually grow.
I think the reason he doesn't grow isn't exactly an issue, but i do think that he keeps his appearance because of the strange as of yet unknown to me connection between he(roxas) and his counterpart in birth by sleep(Ventus) So I believe we'll find the answer when BBS comes out.
